Good call last night.....The national reconciliation has been a part of the reforms since it was announced a few years ago.....IMO........The way i see it working out is Mosul will trigger the NR, which will in turn trigger release of UN Chapter 7, which will then allow Iraq to proceed to International status.....IMO...All these things could happen almost simultaneously.....Or at least very close together

Solely and strictly my opinion....but what you see here is just the tip of the iceberg......reminds me of the berg that struck the Titanic.....there are that could blossom this list into a Who's Who of Corrupt Iraq if it were just given the chance.....and Maliki at 66 billion.....try doubling or even tripling that number IMO.

Wow, just this list alone is $543 Billion... boy oh boy, I would have loved to have been a fly on the wall when Trump called Abadi and said, "Yo, Junior...guess what we have here?!?"

Hello Family....just peeking into the forum taking a break from typing notes.....remember the liquidity issues and even the issue just a week or 10 days ago where they delayed paying salaries....now they suddenly say the funds are available for the whole year.....
I suspect the doubling that Frank has spoken of.....the influx of money from outside to within.....the doubling of the coffers if you will.....amazing how that works....also have you noted the housing boom, apartment boom in some of the articles prior to this one.....economic recovery....in the form of PS....remember what that stands for....Private Sector....
The PS is getting funding to push these economic recovery projects that will be good for all of Iraq....they will put people back to work, give them shelter and basic necessities of life.....more is coming.....blossoming from the VAST influx that has been seen in recent weeks and days....the BEST is yet to come....

So where did those funds come from....out of thin air....well almost....
IMO the Iraqis may be testing their banking system with some help from some outsiders.....those powerful kingpins from around the world who see an opportunity and won't knock twice for it.....they were most assuredly suffering from a lack of liquidity....a budget with so much deficit....now they can say their salaries for 2017 are fully insured....who's backing that insurance one must wonder.....don't ask though you might be frightened by the answer.....
Happy days are here again....maybe too pre-mature for that just yet....but I can assure you.....the BEST is coming. Aloha Randy
