This is another HUGE piece of the puzzle ( see article below) as pieces keep coming together....they keep being so transparent in new ways, showing the world what they are doing and just how serious they are at bringing to justice those who have wronged not only the country of Iraq but the people of Iraq as well.......in my thinking this is a big ticket item for them to look outside their own culture for this help.....not only are they recognizing they can't do everything for themselves, they are recognizing the expertise that the world is willing to make available to them to right so many wrongs......new beginnings.....an evolution of good things to come....watch for it.....all IMO......as we watch for the BEST to come.
