"NDA Question"

I hope someone can clarify these nit-picking questions for me.
When we go in to exchange our currency, and we decide to take the screen rate, there is no NDA, correct?
But, if we want to know what the higher contract rates and negotiated rates are, wouldn't we have to sign a NDA before those rates are disclosed to us? And if they are disclosed, and we decide to take the screen rate, we would still have to have signed the NDA, and possibly fall under a clawback condition.
I wouldn't expect the bank to disclose those rates first without a NDA. If they told us the higher rates without a NDA, and we took the screen rate, what would keep us from disclosing the higher rates to everyone here?

Dear Soul Mate,
Just a quick post to say:Thank you. I don’t know who you are, but reading your post was like reading my own thoughts! So again Thank you for puting this in words so beautifuly!
10 year on the "New Golden Age" journey is long enough. Loosing loved ones and friends due to This is tough enough. Everytime i share some truths learned here with those i still have got left, do not cover anything they can see… for example Paul Ryan presidency… So i stopped. I was hoping that with sharing i can wake some more souls up, but is works exactly the opposite way!
But somehow i still BELIEVE. I just leave all this to God - “Whatever You ask of me i will do…”.
However as probably most people here i am very, very tired.
Hopefully whoever has “the go” in hands get the RV released this time…
Please have mercy on us.
