"Won't" means a shorter, temporary delay controlled by the Republic.
Translated: Just not time yet, but we're making progress.
"Can't" means a much longer, more permanent delay controlled by the Chinese.
Translated: The cabal is putting up more resistance than planned for, we're not making the kind of progress we had hoped for.
We know neither pathway was part of the original master plan, which was to sync up with the Super Bowl for a weekend distraction.
So there's been a real honest to goodness delay, perhaps for the first time.
Now if the Republic is truly "in charge," we will have to see stronger public evidence of this fact across events this entire week.
If not, bear down for a cold, poor winter because the Chinese will wait till every political hot spot is not only out, but the ashes dry.
The only saving grace is that the International Banking week doesn't start until Monday night 6:00pm EST.
Perhaps Fighting Joe has until then legally to perform per GESARA mandates versus say the American banking week which began @ 9am EST.
Nothing has changed about the banking, currency rates or delivery mechanism.
It's just a matter of when man stops trying to play God.
