BUT IT SEEMS THAT THE MAJORITY OF ARTICLES WE ARE READING SEEM TO BE WHAT ONE WOULD READ POST MR/RV...THERE DOESN'T SEEM TO BE MUCH TO POINT TO A LEADING UP TO WHAT'S LOOKED FOR VERY MUCH ANYMORE. THERE IS A LOT OF EVIDENCE OF MONEY POURING INTO IRAQ AND THE RESULTS MAKING IT'S WAY THROUGHOUT IRAQ IN MANY DIFFERENT WAYS...TO MANY TO NUMBER. OBVIOUSLY, THERE'S ALOT GOING ON AND MANY REPORTS OF IT AS IF THE MR/RV IS ALREADY HISTORY...HOPE THIS MAKES SENSE...I CAN SEE IT.

What I got from the translation is that the CBI is making it mandatory that all banks provide the Company name and the name of the person in change [charge ?] with all foreign currency transactions. This is right in line with what the IMF wants them to do to combat the financing of terrorism. Love the call for transparency. They are working the plan.

We went into the weekend with some good expectations, with information saying the green light has been sent; now it’s up to them to receive it and do what they need to do...we are in a good place. I saw intel about other countries considering rate changes. Today I’m hearing about some supposed rate changes, which is very exciting... I’m waiting for confirmation... If it all holds up, it will be very good for us – if not today, then this week. We’re waiting to hear what good solid information is coming out of Iraq...

[That is how they can claim to have all those billions still in reserve. They loaned them out, see, so they're still in the asset column in the form of an IOU.]
The MoF were using bond instruments to extract dinars from the CBI, it's a workaround the law and a shell game the GOI is pulling off...this money will still show up as a credit on the ledgers because it's attached to a bond that's guaranteed by Iraq...they're eating the seed corn.

The 120 Meter highway project was added to Erbil's master plan in 2005. It is the outermost of the ring roads that circle the city with the historic Erbil Citadel at the centre It is 38 km long. Work on the road started in early 2013. The project took 4 years and two months. It was completed three months ahead of schedule...Guess the war on ISIS had no affect on construction of roads and foreign contractors in Kurdistan.

Now there is some great news if ever there was any...talk of reconciliation...these guys all going to the Kurds...when did you last hear of them doing that...Hakim has been there...I think I read where Masum the Iraqi President has been there...Are these talks with a commonality...that of national reconciliation...meeting with the Barzani family...all these blocs meeting...has to be some significant importance...not just Mosul...but perhaps a binding of relationships...after all wouldn't that be a key point with any type of reconciliation...
