FURTHERMORE, CHERI BURTMAN, A/K/A, CHERI BEARFIELD, waived prosecution by indictment and entered a plea of guilty by Superior Court Information to Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the First Degree, a class E felony and Use of Mobile Phone While Operating a Motor Vehicle, a violation. The incident occurred on September 14, 2016, in the City of Olean, when the defendant operated a motor vehicle at a time her license was suspended or revoked and used her mobile phone while operating a motor vehicle. Sentencing is scheduled for April 3, 2017.

Sentencing is scheduled for April 3, 2017.
