A nagging thought I want to express before the starting gates lift:

I keep hearing people on calls & posts talking as if they have to DO the projects themselves. And the projects mentioned are all rather small or finite because (?) people are thinking this way.

Delegate everything!!!

Even if you delegate everything, there will still be sooooo much to keep you busy "doing". But you will be able to create quantum-more results by you just being the vision-holding leverage point and a ton of people (in their new jobs we're supposed to create) doing all the particles of work. (Have ea position filled with someone who LOVES that niche & who finds their fulfillment expressing their stellar talents via that niche.)

There are even "project management" firms out there to assist finding all these lovely willing teammates. (Just search "project management" online.)

YOU are the queen or the king. All the kingdom is working no your behalf - knights slay the dragons, farmers grow the wheat, millers grind the wheat, cobblers make the shoes. You aren't mentally exhausted from having to do everything so you have time to do YOUR job: continually looking across the whole kingdom daily to see how you can serve these people better. After you enhance something they need or want, what else can you enhance for them? This is your only to-DO mantra. (Enhancements for your global team. and for the communities their actions serve.)

After you identify a place to upgrade, the team implements it.

On & on, til those waves of golden abundance roll into every corner of the world.
