How Will We Get The 800#s?
In response to SANDSTORM's Question (Link Below) about the 800#s, I will refer to Yosef's Latest message. There are two passages that I think are relevant to this question. Here is the post the passages came from:

Your Exchange Will Happen VERY FAST
First, they are going to be in a HUGE hurry to get us processed through. I remember when they were saying it would take 3 hours to get us processed, But now, they have moved so many decisions to the second appointment with the Wealth Manager, that the Exchange is down to about an hour. Here is a VERY TELLING quote from Yosef's post:
"We are told they are confident they only need 48 hours to process 85% of all currency holders, and 12 hours to process all ZIM holders (if they're all called at the same time)."
This means that if you have ZIM you will be done in half a day. That means from the moment the 800#s come out, you will have called, set your appointment, and gone, exchanged and be done within 12 hours. EVERY currency holder (Who Calls the 800#s), will be done within 2 days (48 hrs) at the max. That is FAST! This means that you are really going to have to be ready to go at a moment's notice.
800# Cut Off Time
Another clue to the nature of the 800# Exchange center Redemptions is the fact that the 800#s will be turned off as soon as the calls taper off. If you call after that, and the 800#s is turned off, I guess you will have to go exchange at the regular Bank locations at street rates, like the General Public. Here is the Quote that explains this cut off system:
"(FYI: Deactivating these 800#s from the back of the house is also how the NPTB will turn off the 800#s when the initial rush of redemption appointments are made and call volume dies down--genius!)."
We have been told that in case you cannot Exchange that quickly due to travel or illness etc, that if you called right away like everyone else, you can get the second number and set a much later appointment as needed. The KEY is calling ASAP, as soon as you get the 800#, get the second appointment phone number and set an appointment date that works for you.
How Will You Get The Numbers?
Of course they will be on all the major websites and Patrick says he will post them on Dinar Chronicles, at the top of the page. We are also told that you will get an Email from: TETELESTAI with all the instructions and the 800#.
Special Note: For those who have given their email addresses to anyone in the Dinar World, and you get one of these emails, you might compare the 800#s to the ones posted on the major websites, to be sure it is the correct number. (Just being safe in this crazy World)
Clearly, they are in such a hurry to get this started and finished, which means that the moment it goes, you should be receiving the email in your inbox. But keep an eye in your junk folders and other tabs in your email program. I am also sure that the phone service will be open 24 hours a day till they close it down.
What To Do
As we said, have all your paperwork together and ready to go, namely:
ID) Identification papers, photo IDs, Birth Certificates, Passports, utility bills in your name, or other important mail in your name to establish address,
Bank Accounts) Remember to have a few Trust names in case some of the ones you want are already taken. Power of attorneys and legal papers for trusts, if you have one already. This is only the main accounts, all the other sub accounts can be done at the second appointment. Information for Cashier's Checks, and wiring information.
Projects) Bring a short outline of your project if you have one made, otherwise be prepared to talk about it generally. Heart wins the day. They want your money in their bank and so they want to give you the high rates.
What People Are Involved?
Currency Holders) First, are all the people who you gifted currency to, and others who you know about who don't pay attention to the net and might not have emails. Have a list of their phone numbers to call them, or have someone else call them for you. Make your appointment first so you can be sure it is working and you can tell them how it works.
Transportation) Will you be driving yourself or will someone else be coming with you? Do you know what car you will use and is it ready to get you there? Do you need to pick up anyone or are they picking you up? Plan that out right now because this is going to be happening very soon.
Walk Through Check List
Do a dry walk through of your plans for go time. You don't want to forget anything. First, you are getting dressed... What are you wearing, is it washed and ready and set aside now? Where are all your papers & IDs etc? Are they in one place ready to pick up and go? What about your list of people to call after you make your appointment? These would be other currency holders, the babysitter, transportation or people you will be bringing with you. Have that list of people and numbers written out. What will you keep all your papers in?
Thought: I remember when Yosef said that they may tag your car and/or track your phone after you leave the exchange center. If that is so, it might be a good idea to go straight home, and then go back out to whatever you want to do. That way, they know you got back home safely.
The Bottom Line
The bottom line is that this is not everything you need to think of, but a good start. It is time to keep a close eye on the internet and your email account so that you will get the 800#s as soon as you can after they come out. Above all relax, it is almost go time. Before you know it, you will already be done with your exchange and be back home again.
Remember, they will help you EVERY step of the way. You can ask questions on the first call, the second call and at your exchange appointment, and anytime you want after that. All we can do is guess, but they will know the EXACT answers.
Also, when the 800#s come out, so will the exact information and instructions on what to do step by step. Don't worry it will be so easy and fun. You already know what to do.
