VISITORS: Carrie Jefferds of the Allegany County Trap, Neuter, Release, Alan and Karla Hills (Executive), Bob Sobeck (Executive), Kier Dirlam, County Director of Planning, Jo Fenske, Village Code Enforcement
MAYOR’S BUSINESS:
1.Recommending approval for the Chamber of Commerce to hold a Valentine Wine Walk on February 11th from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm in the Wellsville downtown district.
2.Requesting approval to appoint candidates to Village Committees.
TRUSTEES’ BUSINESS:
COLE:
1. 2017-2018 Budget Update
2. Request acceptance and approval of the vouchers as listed in the Abstract of Vouchers dated January 23rd, 2017.
3. Request acceptance and approval of the Treasurer’s Report for December 2016.
4. Request acceptance and approval of the Financial Report for December 2016.
5.Resolution regarding additional match for NYS DOT increased grant for the Downtown Gateway Project.

1.WPD Labor Agreement Update (Executive Session)
2. Requesting board authorization allowing fuel farm executive committee to solicit quotes and purchase new software and card reader for fuel farm using fuel farm capital funds- not to exceed $20,000. Capital funds obligation for each entity is based on fuel usage.
