Well done Beacon Bright.
I particularly like this paragraph of yours. Especially the last part (in bold), in which you write.....
"Lets believe what we believe or know what we know because we have found the truth within our hearts & let's have courage & faith & be kind most importantly. We have missions. Let's stop following & lead NOW in grace."

I believe that is exactly where we are right now and if everyone would just step into their leadership roles, there would be;
* No need for the guru's
* No need for victimhood
* The site would become unattractive to fake/wannabe gurus, who constantly come on with multiple monikers attempting to influence others. Behaving badly. Name-calling and shaming with their manipulative and bullish ways. All having conversations with themselves. Agreeing with and praising each other, whilst demanding everyone think and feel as they do.
* There would be an end to the constant bickering and complaining that clogs up the site, the attachments given to what another is choosing to read, to think, to feel, to do.
* There would be no need for anyone to be Right. To prove themselves Right and to show others to be Wrong.
Instead, everyone would take responsibility for themselves. Who they are listening to and why? What conclusions they are drawing based on that information. And what direction to take going forward.
Everyone would do their own (in depth) research. Think for themselves, with the understanding that THEY are making a choice for what THEY believe is for their highest good. They would constantly review these choices and conclusions and make adjustments in their behaviour.
If an error of judgement was found, one would just take the responsibility, dust themselves off (kindness), make the correction, take the learning and step forward all the wiser for it.
There would be no need for the screaming, shouting, anger, rage, finger-pointing, name-shaming and blaming that goes on.
A leader always takes responsibility for that which they experience. They realise their thoughts create their reality. And before someone says....... "I had an accident this morning, was that my fault? Or an illness?" Just pause a moment!!!......realise this is not about blame!........But ask yourself these questions. Have you always had only thoughts of safety? Well-being? Health? How have you lived your life? What adverts did you allow to seduce you to put less than healthful things on and within your body? Whether these were perfumes, cleaning products, chemical air fresheners, body lotions, deodorants, using and dumping poisons on/in the earth from whence you draw your nourishment and water supply, junk food, alcohol? Legalised pharmaceutical drugs, Innoculations? ..........Be honest with yourself. How much research did you engage prior to each decision?.........Or did you take actions unconsciously? Based on what your parents, relatives, friends did? Or the local friendly family doctor, hospital, school, university, college or other institution? ........What throw away thought did you have? "I hope I don't get sick, get stuck in traffic, have an accident, get poisoned, have a sleepness night". Did you give these suggestions to another? Did you wish ill-will on yourself in jest? ("Lucky, unlucky, I never get this,... that never happens to me") How many times have you scoffed that you didn't believe the RV was going to go today, just because so 'n' so said it?
Did you go through your day on auto-pilot without a second thought to what you were thinking, feeling, expecting? .......Tell the truth to yourself!!! What youthful whims or peer pressure trends did you engage in? What thoughts of and from others did you entertain? Whether from family, the media, governing bodies, celebrities, media/sports personalities? Mentors? What did you learn and accept as a child and still hold onto? Even though you know it is now not so, you still allow it to be your default mode. How many times do you have a knee-jerk reaction to challenging new information? Instead of choosing to take a breath, go out there, do some (in depth) research, before opening a dialogue. I say in depth, because if one takes the Google route, you must understand that for some subjects, the information is not just placed in front of your face. The first few results are often what I call the "Dunce pages". You have to dig a bit deeper.
How are you feeling now? Be honest!! Are you a little upset by what you just read? Are you feeling angry, attacked, victimized? Did you take the time to think about the questions posed? Or was your immediate reaction to want to fire back in defense? "How dare you?"...... Did you cry. "You don't know me or my life", ......Another..... How about, "You don't know what I've been through". All classic responses. Again, this is not about blame, nor about judgement making. Another viewpoint is simply being offered here as 'just another way of seeing'. One can take it or leave it
It is said "He who fights for his limitations get's to keep them!
Perhaps now is the appointed time for all to ensure that as demands are placed on the so-called guru's to do better for us, that each one also commits to step up and do better for themselves; ourselves.....
We MUST finally take a good look in the mirror, look beyond what we have seen so far, and really realise "Who We Are". We must choose a better, more productive and efficient way and day for ourselves. A new blueprint by which to move forward into the NOW. Be the change you wish to see!!!
As we step into this new way of being and seeing, the choices we make will automatically influence life for all around us. Just like they always have. Choose wisely. Choose with love, and for the benefit of all concerned.
Do No Harm!!! ........
........I urge one and ALL to Step away from Blame and Victimhood. To gain control over your Mental, Emotional and reactionary processes.
Step instead, into Responsibility and Leadership.
Love to All!!!
