Government departments, including the pay of Education in Baghdad tomorrow

[Oan- Baghdad] announced the Baghdad province, school districts pay the salaries in the capital , which was delayed from ascheduled.
A statement by the governor 's office [art] Ali Al - Tamimi received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of it, "after some tried to disrupt delivery of salaries and after the direct intervention by the [Tamimi] in order to resolve the issue of the directorates of education, health, agriculture salaries, on Wednesday the launch of the salaries of instruments directorates in Baghdad. The departments of government , including education in the province of Baghdad complained that the delay paying salaries to its staff and teaching staff this month as scheduled.
Ezzat and the Ministry of Education, last Monday, was delayed some districts schools paying salaries to transfer power distributed to the provincial councils.
He said the ministry 's spokesman Ibrahim Sabti's [where] that "the Ministry of Education and the effect from the first of the month of January of this transfer of all the financial powers in addition to the salaries of district allocations to the provincial councils."
He added that "The Ministry of Education has nothing to do delayed salaries on the grounds it cited financial powers in the first of this month to the provincial councils," adding that "it is currently linked to provincial assemblies."
For her part, the Education Committee, the Baghdad Provincial Council, that the reason for the delayed payment of salaries related to financial and administrative matters.
Said committee member Fatma al - Hassani's [where] that " the teaching staff salaries was delayed because of the transfer of financial and accounting files from the Ministry of Education to the provincial councils in application of the law of the transfer of powers from ministries to local governments therefore been working out rather late."
She stressed , "will be the distribution of salaries and will not be delayed more than this week and in the coming months will be distributed in time within" indicating that " the delay was simply to bank transfers , instead of being distributed by the Ministry of Education to the district will be transformed after the transfer of powers to provincial councils to maintain account and then turn into directorates education".
