6. One big logistic is Banking. The banks are restructuring now, they must all be Basel 3 compliance. That is the stumbling block now. The banks are recapitalizing the banking systems. By Jan 2019 all banks have to be Basel 3 compliance. There should be no more failures in the banking system after that.
7. There are 5 million people who will make out in this investment.
8. Monies have been released. Should happen before Jan 28th, but not in stone.
9. The money is coming from Zurich and Hong Kong.
10. The Zim is going first, public and sovereign level.
11. Waiting on announcement from TRN that we are gold backed. All currencies have to be globally accepted.

1. The White Hats are winning and this process cannot be stopped.
2. The funds are coming out this week for certain now. It is only the timing of them getting into our accounts that is the final issue. It takes time to send wires, process and clear them and redistribute to designated accounts.
3. I believe that they will come out in the next days. The weekend is in the way so our funds will arrive in our accounts early next week, like Mon. or Tues.

1. It's important to understand the Banking Tiers before you redeem your currencies because:
a. To negotiate a proper rate, it's wise to both understand your needs and the banks needs.
b. To ask and receive this much money know both where it begins and ends.
2. Banking Tiers:
Tier 0 Collateral Source: Chinese Dragon Elders
Tier 1 Global Monetary Authority: Centralized Banks
Tier 2 Government: National Treasuries
Tier 3 Sovereign Families: Private Banks
Tiers 4-7 Public Banks: Large, Medium & Small Caps & not-for-profit Credit Unions
3. You begin the money origination process by redeeming your foreign currency at a Tier 4-7 bank.
4. The off-site locations are technically Tier 3 & why they offer sovereign rates.
5. You will call and make your exchange appointment, walk into a brick and mortar bank or off-site redemption center, place your wad of notes on a table for counting and authentication, then negotiate a redemption rate (remember, asking for higher sovereign rates is not mandatory, as many will take equal to or less than screen rate out of personal discretion), sign all relevant paperwork, get your new trust accounts, credit cards, cashiers checks, take less than $10,000 in cash and out ya go.
6. That bank then takes your old currency which they now own, and re-sells it for an even higher pre-negotiated rate to a Tier 3 Private Bank, who buys it only to resell back to Tier 2 government treasury at a pre-negotiated rate, who then turns around and sells it back that Tier 1 global monetary authority (AIIB or Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank) for the highest possible pre-negotiated rate.
7. In other words, your originating digital credits/currency goes up the tiers and finally reaches an end buyer of the modern financial system. If and when governments desire additional volumes of money for infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, airports, natural disaster relief, water treatment, etc, the money is immediately turned right back around and sold down the same tiered system as a collateral backed asset (bonds or commercial paper).
