PERI POLEOS

The project aims at awakening and recording the memory of people from Pafos with various activities such as the collection of photographs and narratives through an open call addressed to all of the community. The data collected will be archived and presented in exhibitions, publications and a documentary. The main purpose is to restore and document the historical memory of the past, but also to see how the past is reflected in the city today, making its people proud of their city and its achievements.

Musical events or events with references to the past social, political and economic life of Pafos and its residents, regardless of ethnic origin or religion, will round off the programme. Coordinator: Eliza Christoforou.
