OK, I am going to keep this post simple!
So far no one seems to be able to get this rate and date thing right, so I am going to give it the old Cowboy try. If I get it right, don't ask me who's going to win the Super Bowl, please. This comes from the only source I have, my dreams and so far they have a better average of coming true then anyone's predictions in dinarland, so here goes.
