Sounded like he was looking for it last Wednesday he recounted much of the news we have all talked about regarding the rates shown on that article that was brought in here with the $ and Pound values listed as well as contract the UN has supposedly agreed to that were Iraq still in Chapter VII would be illegal suggesting they are in VIII
I got the feeling it could be any day and as well as some other outside information I became aware of it very well may be just hours away, we shall see
