I decided when I woke up this morning that today was going to be a day of self reflection. A day for me to go back and to remember why I AM here, what is my purpose, my dream, my vision. I read the back cover of my book from 2005, H.E.A.L. (Heal Earth And Life) and I found the reflection I was looking for there.
"I am an Earth Healer, a new breed of energy worker, I believes that by focusing our intention on creating a New Earth, at that moment, we will plant the seeds of what our world will look like in the future. I believe we must first 'Find Ourselves in Love' and then we must share that Love with the ONE energy called Earth and Life, so that deeper healing can begin for us all.
I am a Reiki Master, Quantum Touch Energy and Chakra healer who has lived many years in Russia, Central and South America where I studied the teaching of Buddhism, Shamanism and Indigenous storytelling. (I AM a storyteller, that is for sure because I believe it is in our stories that we find ourselves.)
Though my past life regression work I discovered, loves, light and healing. I am a teacher of the old indigenous way of healing through the colors of your Chakras. Color healing has been a traditional way of working on your chakras for thousands of years. The idea is to match the rainbow color with your chakra in need of healing."
For those of you who might not be familiar with our chakras, here is a very simple, brief, overview of those colors and how I believe they connect us to the earth.
Red: Root, this represents our foundations and the feeling of being grounded. Like a plant's roots that are buried deep into the earth, we are connected to the ground we live on. This color is said to represent our basic living in life, food, shelter, job and family.
Orange: Sacral, This represents our ability to grow, as when a new plant comes out of the earth it almost always has a small patch of orange on it. It represents our ability to accept others and to be open to new experiences. It is said to be connected to our sense of abundance, pleasure and sensuality.
Yellow: Solar, This is my favorite color and what I call our hippie color, I tell anyone who is struggling with balance in thier life to surround themselves in this yellow color. It represents our ability to stay centered and in control of our lives. It is the sun that shows up just when we need to grow a little taller and to stretch ourselves.
Green: Heart, this has everything to do with our ability to LOVE. It is where we begin to realize that the world is filled with love, sweet love. Just look up, what color is the canopy that is constantly above you, calling you to a higher place.
Turquoise: Throat, (many call this blue however I have always seen it as Turquoise.) It is the place where our deeper truth shows up, our voice is found, our ability to speak up comes alive. As you move above the canopy it is the color of the sky that fills up so much space in our lives and calls us to fly, can you feel your wings now?
Indigo: The third eye, that deep space above the sky that constantly mystifies us, calling us to a deeper place of universal wisdom and knowledge. This is a wonder-filled place to make life changing decisions from. Go here when you want to stand at the foot of God.
(AS I was starting to write the next color a flash of Rainbow color came across my computer screen, it gave me goosebumps, the sign that an Angel is present)
Violet: The Crown of achievement, self actualization realized. You becoming the God seed you were planted to be. This is our connection to the spirit world and living a life of pure bliss, happiness and Love sweet Love.
There are only two places in the universe where theses 7 colors show up in exactly this order, the Rainbow and the Pot of Gold at the end of that Rainbow, YOU!
Now do me a favor, please, close your eyes, what color do you see. Follow that color, own that color, live that color and it will lead you to your greatest destiny as you ascend into the heavens and as ONE we H.E.A.L. (Heal Earth And Life)
