Legitimate vs. Scam group leader.
To my knowledge, and as a member of two groups, a valid and legitimate group will and must do the following.
LEGITIMATE GROUPS:
-- Have a group founder.
-- Group founder must provide his/her valid place of business or residence to all members.
-- Group founder must contract with an attorney.
-- The office, location and information of the attorney/Law office must be provided to the group.
-- The attorney must legally represent the group.
-- The attorney must contact the US Treasury Department (UST) and file for the group and open up a case with the UST.
-- The UST will provide a Liaison representing the UST.
-- The attorney must follow recommendations of the Liaison.
-- The group leader and/or the attorney must locate legitimate buyers of the foreign currencies who are authorized buyers registered with the UST.
-- The attorney must create a contract document between the Group and the buyer.
-- and numerous other requirements.
If all of the above is done, you can then consider the group as legitimate.
if All of the above is not done you can consider it a scam and fraud.
