General exchange arrangements
(a) Each member shall notify the Fund, within thirty days after the date of the second amendment of this Agreement, of the exchange arrangements it intends to apply in fulfillment of its obligations under Section 1 of this Article, and shall notify the Fund promptly of any changes in its exchange arrangements.

I was thinking. Kim said one of his prophecies about the dinar. Nothing, nothing, nothing ,and the SUDDENLY. Could it be tied to the DOW hitting 20,000?
I mean the prophetic word was when you see the DOW hit 20,000 a sudden change in the dinar. Dow hit 20,000 on Wednesday. So Wednesday nothing, Thursday nothing, Friday nothing, then Monday! And you have this weekend Kims ministry coming out with Code breakers to explain Kim word. God is a God of order and timing!
