...they don’t need to be in the beginning of the year to change the value of their currency. It would probably be the most efficient if they did something at the beginning of the year but that’s never been an issue. They can just move the decimal over anytime they want. They can move the decimal over on their currency or they can move the decimal over on the books. They are reducing the note count in order to do that.
