"Numerology"

The Dow Jones is working in our favour, but I still feel it has more games to play. The numbers today are 3-8, as you know 8 is abundance. The 3 is feast or famine if this doesn`t happen by 3.45 pm est., it will be put off to another day. I still feel the 28 th , but a possibly on 27th. A few more days my friends. I know this is frustrating but it is for our safety. We see so many suffering that we want to help in a big way. Angel number is 278.

"Spelling"

Entry Submitted by GK at 1:38 PM EST on January 25, 2017

We are called Grammar Nazis on the internet.

People who write like cavemen and went to school for roughly 12 plus years are deeply offended by anyone who points out the proper spelling. It makes them feel stupid to be corrected.

How strange. When the English teacher used red to correct their papers, did they feel offended then?

Those books they were asked to read. Full of words, that form sentences and stories and heralded as brilliant literature, weren't written by people who decided spelling was okay to simply get close enough.

Like the texting generation that didn't need to get left behind because abbreviations destroyed the artform of language. Sobeit.

The part that bothers me is the words people simply refuse to get straight.

Loose is not lose. Looser is your sister. Loser is your worthless Uncle.

And I could go on and on but I write this for one reason.

To inform Yosef the word secret is not secrete.

verb

(of a cell, gland, or organ) produce and discharge (a substance).
"insulin is secreted in response to rising levels of glucose in the blood"
synonyms: produce, discharge, emit, excrete, release, send out
"a substance secreted by the prostate gland"

"Counsel for Exchanges"

(I'm an avid reader of all the dinar sites and hope my info is helpful, being in the tax business family)

From butterfly55_55:

For those looking for tax info on exchanging foreign currency and how it relates to your tax return, one should contact an Enrolled Agent with the IRS (also, EAs are tax preparers). EAs have passed a rigorous four part tax exam (just like CPAs) and but all four parts of their exam are on tax law and how IRS laws relate to individual and business tax returns. They are also well versed in non-profit, trusts, and corporate tax returns.

EAs can usually be found via Google searches to find one in your area. I hope this info helps those interested in knowing more about how this exchange may affect you. You can call and ask them questions. They'll be happy to talk with you. You may want to call before they get really busy in February!

"Grammar Nazi Addendum"

Entry Submitted by GK at 3:56 PM EST on January 25, 2017

By the way, the other day I wrote something that had two spelling errors in it. And the reason I didn't correct them? Flat out being lazy.... I knew I spelled "nepotism" wrong but I didn't take an extra second to google the proper spelling. I just left it.

Why would a grammar nazi fail to achieve excellence.

Because intellectual laziness is rubbing off. It is an epidemic.

However, I still maintain there is a vast difference between getting something wrong once, because of a failure to spell check-- and using the same word hundreds of times and never seeing there is a disconnect between the proper spelling. The correct spelling is seen almost everywhere, books, newspapers, magazines, and yet an epic fail persists by some with a seemingly belligerent refusal to correct themselves.

I keep seeing the same people use the word "ridiculous" and spell it "rediculous."
Ridiculous is derived from ridicule... and though some feel grammar Nazis ridicule people for no good reason... rediculous must mean to re-dicule a second time since the "diculous" didn't take the first time.

And for definitely, they write defiantly. Which I suppose, a refusal to use spell check is a defiant attitude. Most definitely.

After 6 years of reading comments from people who can't spell has convinced me of one thing. The worst spellers in the world are about to be rich.

Will sudden wealth make them want to achieve higher standards or will they simply pay someone to do their spelling?

I know I will hire people to proof read my books that I hope to publish. Because I too tend to be sloppy, but a big part of me cares about the English language. Just as math deserves accuracy, words deserve accuracy.

Cashiers who shrug their shoulders and think getting close to the correct change may be the next social annoyance we all endure.

CUSTOMER: Um, you owe me a 26 cents.
McDONALDS CASHIER: Dude WTF, you like a change nazi or something?

In fact, as humanitarian causes go, perhaps money needs to be spent on the infrastructure of giving a shit about math and grammar. Because it matters. Next thing we know people who build bridges may start thinking it is okay to sorta get the math right.

And one additional rant. Why do people who use screen names to hide their identity-- get upset over criticism? You are hiding your identity so why feel any sting at all? Especially those using anonymous as a handle.

Plainly I have been in this investment too long. LOL.
