This question is to Patrick, AdminBill, Bruce (from the big call), and Yosef - although truly if anyone has an answer I'd like to hear it.
I've been following all this for a bit over a year now. But this question has been scratching me for a long time: How did this person redeem?

There were about four other stories on this website of individuals redeeming their Zim... how did they do that when all this supposed infrastructure was not in place to accomplish that? Who are these individuals? Were they a part of Tier 1? Were they a part of some group or were these done as individuals? Seems odd to me that these happened so long ago... How? And why did they not have to wait?
And today AdminBill alludes to the fact, again, that we need to be in groups. I know most intel providers will disagree with that but Over and Out also talked about this as well and it is simply hard to ignore now. Comments?
