This begs the question in my mind of what do all the other countries in the region who sell oil as a primary source of income for their countries do with all the "petro dollars" they recieve with them, I would suppose they use them to settle foriegn remittances with, anyone have any thoughts on this.

Keep in mind that there are several different dialects of the Arabic language. A person from Egypt will interpete Msatralih different from a person speaking Arabic from Syria or Iraq.
