That is a good thing to do every once in a while I have found if you "Log Out" of Dinar and log back in it clears Its cookies and causes less problems, I have found. Not sure what the DU IT guys would say.

Closing and reopening usually can fix some issues. But that will not clear your cached boswer setting unless you have your browser tset o delete browser settings when you close it.

described the Prime Minister 's Advisor for National Reconciliation, Thursday, political settlement put forward by the initiative of the National Alliance to "sober", stressing that the success written on it, as pointed out they differ from previous initiatives launched from cities and capitals outside Iraq .

Said Mohammed Salman , in his response to a question from Alsumaria TV reporter, on a political settlement, during a press conference today in Baghdad, "We say with confidence and the stability that this settlement is completely different from all the previous initiatives vary , " noting that "this initiative Ajia them from the bottom of the pyramid more than a year."

He said Salman that "all previous initiatives have been from top to bottom and started from the capitals and cities and conferences outside Iraq, conferences , and was doomed to oblivion , " stressing that " the current initiative is solid and written on it to continue."

Salman said that " the National Alliance has chosen for good timing to announce this initiative , " explaining that it "will cover all previous initiatives and be learned of them and we have great confidence to accomplish."

He described the Supreme Council of the words of his spokesman Hamid Maaleh, in November 23 last, "political settlement" put forward by the National Alliance as a "rescue formula" for Iraq, expressing his rejection at the sides, did not identify, to "mislead" the public about the content and objectives of the settlement.

Maliki confirmed in the (November 2016) 17, the "historic compromise" included controls to determine covered, and while expressed his refusal to make a settlement with the perpetrators of the "sit - ins crisis" and blood on their hands the blood of Iraqis, he called not reproduce , "terrorism" and projects division spokesman settlement .

As he emphasized the cleric Moqtada al - Sadr , he would not be "caught" himself in the reconciliation "based on the blood" of Iraqis, and while stressing the need to keep the national reconciliation agreements and peaceful coexistence for "Aldoaash and the Baathists," pointed out that the one who wants to engage in political agreements should be it is through the ballot box.

At the time regarded the parliament speaker Salim al - Jubouri in (November 10, 2016), that the "historic compromise" that will achieve a "political harmony" in the country, as he declared his support for any political project is conducive to promote civil peace, it considered that the time has come to reset problems.

For the record. RC was healthy, he spent the day around the house with his family. We talked 4 or 5 times during the day, laughing, joking and talking about the great news that we have been getting that day... Usual day. He didn't feel well and went to lay down for a bit and didn't respond when checked on a few minutes later. He was one of if not the best researcher. Doing this to help others. He helped anyone that he could whenever he could. Most importantly, he was a incredibly great friend and will be missed

Search Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi, Thursday, January 19, 2017 with the middle of the US Central Command , the battle of the restoration of Mosul.

Information Office of the Prime Minister said in a statement seen by Roudao Media Network, that "the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi met in his office on Thursday Central US Central Command, General Joseph Votal and his entourage."

He added that "The meeting discussed the course of the battle of Mosul and large victories achieved for our heroine and train and equip Iraqi forces."

Gen. gave Votal "congratulations victories achieved great progress in the capabilities of the Iraqi forces," stressing that "the United States and the international coalition's commitment to support Iraq in the fight against terrorism and train and equip its forces," according to the statement.

The Iraqi forces had announced on Wednesday, restore the entire left side of the city of Mosul, in the process of "coming Aaninoy" which was launched in 10.17.2016.

Jordanian army reinforces its presence on the border with Syria and Iraq after intelligence reports about the exodus of the elements of the "Islamic State" because of the intensification of strikes against it

Oman / Laith Junaidi / Anatolia: the Jordanian army announced on Thursday that it has strengthened its presence on the border with Syria and Iraq; in anticipation of the flight of the elements of the "Islamic State" terrorist, "as a result of the intensification of strikes against him."

The army official transfer location, in the words of the commander of the border guards, Brig. Gen. Sami Alkfawin, as saying in a press statement that "the Arab army boosted its presence on the northern and north-eastern border, in anticipation of the escape of the terrorists of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria."

Alkfawin and predicted that "shove some elements of the terrorist Islamic state in Syria and Iraq, on their way to the Jordanian border, with the intensification of the strikes against them."

He stressed that the "Arab Army (Jordan) at the ready to deal with all the risks that may be taking place in the border as a result of the start of the battle to liberate the city of Raqqa (Syrian) terrorist from the Islamic state."

The military official in his statements and between, that "intelligence reports available, indicate the possibility of starting a new wave he married and pay for the terrorists in the direction of southern Syria"

He explained that he "was allocated about half of the military personnel and resources, to monitor the border with Iraq and Syria."

The United States is leading an international military alliance includes more than 60 countries, to fight against the "Islamic state" in Iraq and Syria, by providing air support for ground troops.

He has already been told the Jordanian army commander Maj. Gen. Mahmoud Alfrehat, in an interview with "BBC" that the "Khaled Ibn al-Walid Army Alambaya for the organization of the Islamic state, staying very close to the Jordanian border, and some positions are within less than one km (one) for Jordanian territory. "

Jordan, one of the most red-carpet welcome Syrian refugees states, as a result of the length of the geographical boundaries of more than 375 kilometers; as their numbers exceeded 1.3 million, nearly half of whom are listed as "refugees" in the UNHCR records.

Statement by an IMF Mission on Iraq

January 19, 2017

End-of-Mission press releases include statements of IMF staff teams that convey preliminary findings after a visit to a country. The views expressed in this statement are those of the IMF staff and do not necessarily represent the views of the IMF’s Executive Board. This mission will not result in a Board discussion.

The Iraqi authorities and the staff of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) held discussions in Baku, Azerbaijan from January 15–19, 2017 ahead of the second review of Iraq’s 36-month Stand-By Arrangement (SBA) that the IMF Executive Board approved on July 7, 2016 ( See Press Release No. 16/321). The first review under the SBA was completed on December 5, 2016 (See Press Release No. 16/540).

Mr. Christian Josz, Mission Chief for Iraq, issued the following statement:

“The Iraqi authorities have made good progress on implementing economic reforms under the SBA.

“The Iraqi authorities and IMF staff will hold discussions on the second review of the SBA in March 2017.

“During the discussions, the team met with Acting Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI), Dr. Ali Mohsen Ismail Al-Allaq, Deputy Finance Minister, Dr. Fadhil Nabee Othman, the Financial Adviser to the Prime Minister Dr. Mudher Saleh, and officials from the ministry of finance, the CBI, the ministry of planning, the ministry of oil, the State Oil Marketing Organization, the Central Statistical Office and representatives from the Kurdistan Regional Government. The team would like to thank the Iraqi authorities for their cooperation and the open and productive discussions.”
