confirmed the decision of the parliamentary Finance Committee in the Iraqi Council of Representatives, Ahmed Haji Rashid, the deduction of 4.8% of the Iraqi staff salaries, equivalent to about two billion dinars allocated to rally public and displaced persons.
Rashid said the network Roudao media, " The draft budget law for fiscal 2017 included the deduction of 4.8% of employees ' salaries, to be allocated to rally public and displaced persons."
"The cuts were in 2016 3.8% of the salary budget law, either in the current year budget deduction ratio rose to 4.8% of employees and retirees."
He continued that "60% of these funds will be allocated to rally public and 40% private for the displaced to provide electricity services, health and education for them , " noting that "this deduction includes the Kurdistan Region employees who receive their salaries directly from Baghdad."
He pointed out , "Iraq 's total salaries of the staff of about 50 trillion dinars, and this money deducted up to nearly two billion dinars."

revealed the Foreign Relations Committee in the Iraqi parliament, for there is a possibility to stop the Rajah of Iraq to grant visas to US citizens, on the basis of the principle of reciprocity, pointing to send a message to the American adviser to President Donald Trump in this regard.
A member of the Commission, Rinas Gano, network Roudao media, said that " the two countries are working in accordance with the principle of reciprocity in diplomacy and the granting of visas," adding that "after the decision of the US president to stop granting visas for Iraqi citizens, it is very likely that Iraq will stop granting citizens American visas. "
He continued that " the United States visas for Iraqis did not give more than a year, so Iraq did the same, and mutual decision to stop granting visas will cause Ptdharr many, where there is a large US forces are here to support us in our fight against Daesh as well as the presence of diplomats and owners of staff work of the Americans in Iraq, and in return the Iraqi students would be affected also by this decision. "
He stressed that due to the Iraqi delegation and visit Washington over the committee of the Iraqi - American friendship, pointing out to send a message to the US president's Middle East adviser, Walid Phares, to remove Iraq from the list of countries that the United States stopped granting visas to citizens, under the resolution , which was approved by the Trump on 23.1.2017 also included Libya, Iran, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen and Syria , countries.
