i have a question regarding the 1 dinar is still only worth 1 dinar in iraq. Lets say for example an iraqi has a 25k iqd note under his mattress. If the iqd rv'd at a buck and the priceson the shop shelves came down accordingly then wouldn't that iraqi citizen all of a sudden have the equivalent of $25000 spending power at the supermarket? So he would be alot better off?
