The commander of ISIL's women battalion in Nineveh fled Mosul for al-Ba'aj province after stealing millions of dollars from the terrorist group.
Local sources in Nineveh province reported that the commander has escaped along with four of her aides, adding that three of her aides are Arab and another one is from Tajikistan.
"The commander of the female battalion is tasked with using female members in operations and administering all issues and affairs related to female suicide bombers," they added.
Raising the possibility that the terrorists may return to their countries, the sources said that the ISIL security forces are now on alert after the terrorist group's members fled Mosul.
In another incident today, an informed source in Southern Hasaka disclosed that the ISIL has executed three non-Syrian members of the terrorist group's Women Battalion on charges of spying.

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) Iraqi artillery forces bombarded on Saturday Islamic State locations in the western side of Mosul as preparations are still running for a ground invasion of the extremist group’s locations in that region.
The government’s troops continue to beef up their deployments near the banks of Tigris River, which cuts through Iraq’s second largest city, a report by Rudaw agency said. It added that life has returned to normal in the eastern section, which was fully recaptured by the joint forces on January 24th, but several attempts by IS extremists to sneak back into that region were detected.
According to Rudaw’s reporter, who quoted Iraqi military sources, there are an estimated 1700 Islamic State militants in the western region, deployed across nearly 99 districts.

Congress voted in Saturday's meeting on the Weapons Act.
According the law that each agency receives Iraq [where] a copy today, based on what was passed by the House of representatives and approved by the Presidential Council and based on the provisions of section [first] of article [61] and article [73] of the Constitution.
Issued the following law:

The Weapons Act
Article-the following expressions intended meanings:
I-firearm: pistol and rapid machine gun shots and shotgun, and does not include guns used in sports which make a sound for launch and start games.
II. weapon: the weapon used by the armed forces and internal security forces, except as provided for in item [I] of this article.
III. gear: bullets and cartridges used in firearm and all of its parts.
IV. military equipment: ammunition used in military weapons and all of its parts.
V-awaltzekari or symbolic archaeological weapon: weapon that acquires without materiel for decoration or keepsake or code including weapons seized or found in sacred places and public museums.
Vi. the issuing authority: Minister of Interior or entitle him to issue the holidays provided for in this law.
Article 2-antique weapons excludes Memorial and symbolism of the provisions of this law.
Article 3-prevents fast rad or export arms or their parts or equipment or possession or attain or carry or manufacture or repair or transported or delivered or received or traded.
Article I-4-prevents the import or export of firearms or parts or equipment or manufactured only for security and military organs.
II. preventing the possession and carrying of firearms or sold or repaired except by leave of the issuing authority
III. a release authority leave may open special stores for selling firearms and equipment from the local citizens, collectibles.
