According to a member of the National Alliance, Mohammed Chihod, which belongs to the Iraqi prime minister, Haidar al - Abadi, said that the latter will be presented to parliament on Monday, a list of the names of four candidates to fill the posts of ministers of defense, interior, trade and industry.
Chihod He pointed to "the existence of consensus among Abadi and heads of political blocs, the names of the candidates, according to the principle of political quotas, but the vote in parliament will be based on the principle convictions of members, and the schedule will be determined later."
He stressed that "candidates are Qasim al-Araji, head of the Badr parliamentary bloc (once part of the coalition of state law) the Ministry of Interior, and Irfan Hayali of the Ministry of Defence (candidate bloc united for reform led by Osama Najafi) along Inam al-Rubaie, the Ministry of Commerce (the National Bloc, led by Iyad Allawi ), and Necmettin enhancer of Turkmen component, the Ministry of Industry and minerals. "
The sacked Minister of Commerce Mohammad Mlas, resigned in, on December / December 2015 on charges of financial and administrative corruption.
In July 2016 Abadi announced accepting the resignation of seven Shiite ministers from his government, they are the ministers of higher education Hussain al-Shahristani, the oil Adel Abdul-Mahdi, transportation Bayan Jabr, the Construction and Housing Tariq Kikhany, water resources Mohsen al-Shammari, and Industry Mohammad al-Darraji, Interior, Mohammad Ghaban .
And gave Abadi early August / August 2016 to the parliament, the names of five candidates to fill the posts of ministers of oil, higher education, water resources, transport, industry, and after discussions parliament decided the middle of the same month, a majority vote in favor of the new amendment.

A government source revealed on Sunday, for the low monetary reserves of the Central Bank of Iraq
to $ 45 billion, as a result of the deterioration of oil prices and the continuation of the "waste" of
public money.
The source for "tomorrow's Press," that "the government has stopped for the time being its reliance
on central bank reserves, and began to take advantage of the state's resources and borrowing,"
noting that "the high price of world oil market also contributed to stop relying on the financial
reserve."
He added that "the central bank's reserves in 2014 was 87 billion dollars, and as a result of cost to
the country because of the war on Daesh and lower oil prices, Iraq relied on this reserve for running
the country and the payment of staff salaries and the needs of the market," pointing out that "waste
of money year contributed to the decline in current reserves to 45 billion dollars. "
He pointed out that "the Iraqi dinar is still safe despite the decrease in the reserve, is expected to
return to its former glory after the end of the war on Daesh."

It confirmed the MP for the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Ashwaq dry, on Monday, that the differences between the deputies Turkmen Sunni and Shia have led to the withdrawal of a candidate industry and not to display it to a vote.
