A Long Long Time Ago in A Galaxy Far Away there was Smedly and the General 64 Group. There were several other groups like Dinarrecaps, Stage3Omega, Dinarguru, Wells Fargo, DinaresGurus, and yes even Dave Schmidt and the Sedonia Group. All of them had one thing in common. You had to sign up, register, provide an email address, and your contact information. This was for notification on the blessed day this would happen. So we all waited and waited and waited. Some have been waiting since 2003 when the uncirculated Iraqi Dinar was first issued. Well the waiting is nearly over.
Between October 15, 2003, and January 15, 2004, the Coalition Provisional Authority issued new Iraqi dinar coins and notes, with the notes printed by De La Rue using modern anti-forgery techniques to "create a single unified currency that is used throughout all of Iraq and will also make money more convenient to use in people’s everyday lives". Multiple trillions of Dinar were then shipped to Iraq and secured in the CBI for distribution to the masses in exchange for the 'Saddam dinar' . Old banknotes were exchanged for new at a one-to-one rate, except for the Swiss dinars, which were exchanged at a rate of 150 new dinars for one Swiss dinar. At this point, the UN, IMF, WB and US combined to limit the value of the dinar to less than 1/10 of a cent to prevent looting and counterfeiting. The US Treasury was commissioned to print multiple billions of US currency, specific to Iraq so as to easily identified as different from that used elsewhere in the world. This new currency was then wrapped and stacked on pallets and shipped in dozens of USAF transports to Iraq. There it was transferred covertly to the CBI, where it was stored in very secure vaults.
Back then the Iraqi Dinar was the only game in town and rumors of it revaluing to prewar levels conjured up dreams of wealth. There was no Dong, Rupiah, Rial, and certainly not any ZIM. We were all told sign up and we would be part of these groups. So we did.
Only one guy, Fomer Senator Dave Scmidt, asked that you turn your Dinars over to his group because only his group could provide security and official channels to get your Dinars exchanged easily, legally, and safely. You also had to send in a processing fee to be part of this group. As you can see, not much has changed since then as this group is still insisting you have to join their group to get anything of value for your currency. They also guaranteed that you would get a fixed rate in return for your signing up with them. So in the event the RV happened and RV'd at a high rate you would get a guaranteed low rate. Then the group would get your processing fee plus the difference.
There were many groups that formed with this model but they all said, you have to be in a group to get any money. Needless to say, that is why the warnings, never give your currency to anyone, keep being posted. As the event expanded to Rupiah, Rial, ZIM, Dinar, etc, more and more groups showed up with the same scheme stating that only if you belonged to one of these groups would you get any money. Many of these groups have since fallen by the wayside.
Are there legitimate groups in Tier 1,2,3? Of course there are but these groups are privileged groups. They turned their currency or historical bonds for SKR's (Safe Keeping Receipts). Most of these people had vast amounts of currency and the Elders, Republic and Banks wanted these large amounts of currency off the streets. So in order to get these wealthy individuals processed, the SKR's were offered at significantly lower rates than what would eventually be known as the Tier 4 group or Internet Group.
Who is the Internet Group? As it is now and back in the day. General 64 merged with the Wells Fargo Group. At first, this group was touted as the main exchange group. All the people who held currencies were included in a database. The group was then changed in name because there were so many small groups like dinarrecaps, dinargurus, dinaresgurus etc... eventually all merged. They settled on the name Internet group. Eventually the group got so large, that it morphed into what we have today. Anyone holding currency, paying attention to the announcement would be considered the Internet Group. It probably doesn't hurt if you registered back in the day. Maybe it gives you more credibility when you do exchange. This is Tier 4. The Internet Group.
Bottom line? No you don't have to be in an official group to get funds. Just pay attention to the announcement. Those who tell you that you need to be in a group are either likely running a scam or are one of these Tier 1,2,3 groups in which you trade your currency in for SKR's at a low rate. So you are better off waiting for the official announcement.
Now its true the average person on the street has no idea whats going on. So these people would be considered the public and if they miss the boat, they will get the published commercial rate. Those paying attention may and get a much higher rate on their currencies, sign an NDA and come away with much greater wealth.
Many groups have already turned in their SKR's and have been processed. They can see the numbers in their accounts but it is not spendable money. Again, all go or no go.
Keep this in mind and be prepared. Have your Humanitarian plan ready, be prepared to sign an NDA, maybe bring an attorney or accountant, bring two forms of ID preferably your drivers license and passport. Above all, keep your wits about you. There will be disinformation agents, scammers, and criminals out there. Stay in the moment and have fun with your experience as you morph into your new life. Remember how blessed you are. This moment in history is a one time event on our planet Earth and shall not come again.
