Ancient tombs from the Roman era have been unearthed at a jobsite in the western Turkish province of Kütahya [Greek Kotyaion], prompting a halt to construction.

The project director of the construction, Orhan Erdoğan, said they would restart construction works in light of the information to be provided by archaeologists after examinations in the field.
