Albania Local Economy and Tourism Development Receives $71 million Boost from World Bank
Deri me sot. parate e World Bank, jane perdorur per te ndertuar projekte pa vlere, dhe per te vjedhur.
Pilo Andoni Banka Boterore dhe politikane shqiptare vjedhin me profesionalizem pronat e bregdetit jugor
Me sa duket nga foto me poshte, World Bank nuk ka ndermend te investoje me aq shume ne Shqiperi si ka investuar me pare.
Te gjitha projektet qe jane financuar deri tani nga Banka Boterore vidhen, dhe fondet jane shperdoruar per xhepat e kusareve te pronave, dhe pushtetareve. Shetitorja e Himares eshte nje shembull i mire i vjedhjes se fondeve te WorldBank.
Shume nga projektet e World Bank jane dhe mjedisore, pra fondet jepen per mbrojtjen dhe pastrimin e mjedisit. Ja si i ka perdorur Bashkia Himare keto fonde:

Projekti i fundit per financimin e Bredgetit dhe Turizmit eshte aprovuar ne date 24 Tetor 2016 me emrin Albania - Integrated Urban and Tourism Development Project PAD1897. Ky raport eshte firmosur per palen Shqiptare nga Benet Beci, drejtori ekzekutiv i fondit te kusaro-zhvillimit.

Qeveria genjen Himaren me fondet qe i jep Banka Boterore sepse ne projekt thuhet:
"Significant social impacts related to land acquisition or land access are not anticipated as the project’s physical interventions will generally be undertaken in public spaces, such as roads, town squares, and public parks, or sites of historical and cultural importance. Improvements to water and sewage systems, street lighting, or other municipal services will take place on public rights-of-way. Project-supported interventions will be designed and implemented to avoid or minimize impacts on private property and economic activities to the greatest extent feasible" ( Banka Boterore don te evitoje te ngaterrohet ne pronen private dhe te nderhyje ne pronat private por punimet nga te cilat Qeveria merr fondet duhet te behen ne hapesira PUBLIKE vetem)
Sipas mendimit tone Banka Boterore nuk duhet lejuar te jape me fonde, derisa te zgjidhet ceshtja e pronave ne Bregdet
Himariotet duhet te fillojne ankesat ne mase tek Banka Boterore per kusarite qe ndodhin ne zonen e Himares dhe manaxhimin e keq te fondeve te Bankes Boterore nga Bashkia Himare. Ankesat mund te cohen nga kushdo ne kete adrese:
