There's a huge fight, apparently, among Trump's staff over whether to appoint Romney or Giuliani for Sect'y of State (and Kellyanne is in the middle of it). Because I assume that loyalty trumps competence with Trump, I will be very surprised if he goes for Romney. (Though apparently Giuliani doesn't want to travel so much.)
