NEW ORLEANS—There was some shuffling among the top five schools in the latest USTFCCCA men’s national cross country coaches’ poll in the NCAA Division I ranks, while the Washington Huskies maintained their #21 ranking, and Washington State moved up three spots to #24, even though both schools were idle.
