As you can see from the picture above, she's looking mighty happy when Vinny and Phelan shake hands. That's because they've just found out that Weatherfield Council have approved their dodgy planning scheme.
But then, Todd overhears Phelan on the phone talking about the planning and admitting it's a con. Phelan knows he's been overheard and gets Vinny to kidnap Eileen and take her away from Weatherfield.
As Phelan's plans look set to crumble, Phelan then gives Todd an ultimatum, says Inside Soap. Has Vinny taken Eileen away as some kind of insurance policy to ensure Todd keeps schtum? Phelan will offer Todd a surprising deal, but before Todd can give Phelan an answer, the cops arrive at their house...
