Join Amnesty International's 2016 regional conferences‏

Dear friends,

Join us along with hundreds of Amnesty members and other human rights activists and attend one of Amnesty International USA's annual regional conferences.

Become inspired and engage with fellow human rights activists as you learn more about Amnesty International, while discovering ways to better combat human rights abuses in your community and the world-at-large. With panels designed to educate attendees on the most pressing issues of our movement, and workshops that will equip you with the skills and tools needed to tackle them, AIUSA’s Regional Conferences are the first step towards becoming part of the struggle to live in a world where everyone, everywhere has equal and total access to basic human rights. These conferences also give our members the important opportunity to shape the policies of the organization, and to deliberate and contribute to the future decisions of Amnesty, because only together can we Change Our World.

Sign up now for the conference in your region!

Below are just a couple of the themes and focuses of this year’s Regional Conferences:
  • Change Our World: Amnesty International’s priority campaigns and the human rights landscape
  • The America I Believe In: The refugee crisis and the intersections of Islamophobia, security, & surveillance.
  • Police Accountability: Focus on addressing misconceptions around gun violence, how police have exerted their agency, community organizing, and opportunities for allies to get involved.
In the coming weeks, we will share further conference information and developments.
Save with early bird rates by registering today!
Rates will increase after the following dates:
