Moveover Caityln Jenner! Granddad spotted rocking mini dress and heels

This photo of this elderly man has gone viral after he was spotted at a Walmart store with a staff recording him from behind....Some are calling him the black Caitlyn Jenner.

 

I guess he is transitioning..Nice legs though!
