To pee or not to pee that is the question

Whether tis noble in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles................

Hamlet contemplates life .  I contemplate the question of  where did Transgender Persons pee before we had this falderal .  I mean , in my 65 years , it never ever was a question that I asked myself .  Surely given the fact that Obama has entered the fray it must be an important burning question.

Nah, it is not.  It is a very simply solved issue. Take one bathroom , make it unisex, make it family, make it handicap accessible and call it the open bathroom. Issue solved.  But no, Obama has to put his ridiculously nonsensical spin on it, as he does in most instances.

He then must make it political and take a non issue and turn it into an issue of bigotry and hatred and vitriol.  Why was this man as president so inept when it came to speaking with and arriving at consensus and compromise.  My own feeling was that he was too busy pushing is own agenda or the agenda of his sponsors to pay much mind to other voices.  It was the arrogance that people frequently spoke of when describing him.  He who thought himself to be the smartest man in the room could broach no other view.

So with jackboots in place, Obama takes off on North Carolina.  A state with a considerable dainty evangelical presence no doubt.  A place I perceive to have mixed up ideas about prurience in conflict with Christianity or some other muddled view .  I mean really is North Carolina going to fall apart over a transgender girl peeing in the boys room, I think not. But North Carolina apparenltly thinks the gates of hell will open and swallow them up.  So North Carolina gets kerfuffled.

And in their kerfuflement they fail to see the obvious answer. Make one bathroom an open bathroom available to whomever chooses to use it.  And then direct all of the dainty evangelist back to the time of Christ where people generally peed in the street, behind a tree , in a pot  much the same as it is still done in most of the world, yes men, women , children and transgenders.

And then after coming to that simple solution go and ask all 100,000 transgenders in a county of 330 million people if that will suffice.   That would have been too simple.

But Obama chose not to do the smart thing, thus destroying his smartest guy in the room idea, he ratcheted it up a notch.  Obama with the arrogance of the Ivy League actually has been taught and actually believes that his Ivy League credentials, regardless of how obtained, make him superior to the mass of men.   He turns and says if you do not bend to my political will I will see that federal funds for your educational system is withheld.

That it the important part of this discussion.   Your children of North Carolina are now pawns in the political fight, even it the entire political fight could have been avoided.  Let's say in the next instance that we have another political fight and Miami Beach is decimated by a hurricane and we have a President who says to Florida , bend to my will or we will not provide you with Federal Disaster Relief.  Not too far fetched when you consider that Obama has done precisely this in North Carolina.

Bend to my will or I will withhold Federal Funds for the education of your children.  That pretty much sums up the Obama style of operation, and how sad it that.  Incapable of addressing a minor , almost non issue, turn it into a major media issue with the complicity of the idiocy of journalism of the day, refuse to find the simple solution and turn every thing into s social justice "crisis" and when anyone raises an issue ---go nuclear on them.

This pernicious war on the people waged with the  power of the pocketbook is escalating all the time, it has destroyed the middle class in the country, but it has seldom beem as overt as this direct broadside---bend to my will or your children will not be educated.

How is it that no one speaks to this.  But out of that silence it is easy to see why Donald Trump gains so much traction.  People are so tired of the nonsensical people who govern.
