Critical Mass against the maxi-prison

Join us for a biking protest in an informative route about the construction of the monstruous jail in Haren. The route will lead us from the center of Brussel to Haren and a few stops will allow us to informe about different sides of the project, the struggle against the penal system and the prison. The critical mass will end in music and shared food in Haren (bring food & drinks, and warm clothes)

WHAT'S MAXI-PRISON ?
- Capacity : 1200 prisoners
- 19ha of agricultural land and nature covered in concrete
- a public/private partnership of 25 years that will cost the community 3 billion euros
- located far from the center, which means less visits from the families and less support for the prisoners
