New Media Operations Center at Herat University

The Herat University Faculty of Journalism has opened a new Media Operations Center (MOC). The MOC contains classrooms for journalism classes as well as radio, television, and print studios. These facilities allow the faculty to offer courses and hands-on training in the modern techniques of print, radio and TV production. The Italian government contributed to construction of the MOC and various foreign governments donated studios' equipment.
