DISS QUALIFIED

Bernie's claim that Hillary is "not qualified" to be President is being kicked around pretty hard across the Internets (including here yesterday). So he tried to explain it today by saying he'd been misled by the headline on a Washington Post article. But he didn't apologize or retract the claim -- instead he reiterated it. And later his attack dog Jeff Weaver made it even worse. Not good, guys
