The Extraordinary Congress of USI-AIT was held in an atmosphere of unity, participation
and solidarity, on 9 and 10 April 2016 in Parma. On the agenda issues to the authoritarian
involution AIT process (the Association which since 1922 brings together the revolutionary
trade unions of the world) in place for some years, the need to re-establish the AIT of
libertarian bases and real trade union planning / social and internationalist issues, now
more 'than ever indispensable to build a world front dell'anarcosindacaslismo. Welcoming
the signs of the Spanish CNT and its recent congress, even the USI-AIT is positioned
within the path of the International reactivation bringing his contribution expressed by
the two motions of the Parma Congress (one of analysis / project, the 'of other more
technical issues). That we publish is the first of the two motions in question.

Agenda USI-AIT Congress:

- Current analyzes and evaluation AIT - the decision whether and how to continue the
experience of the AIT
- What outlook anarcho-syndicalist pursue internationally and with whom
- Identification of a new statute guidelines.

1st Motion approved.

For nearly twenty years the AIT is presenting a deep involution. Has gradually closed in
on itself, becoming incapable of becoming a real reference point for all those trade
unionists who, expressing the need and willingness to coordinate global union bodies in
frontal fight with all forms of capitalism and neoliberalism .
The main focus expressed by the agendas of the various Congress has been focused on the
alleged need to raise a wall between the AIT and its enemies, who are not-as one might
pensare- globalized capitalism, neoliberalism and the states, but the trade unions that do
not adhere to this AIT.
E 'was amended internal regulations (including some basic statutory points) making it more
and more stringent and aimed at the preservation of internal balance rather than a real
growth of the International.
For these reasons, the extraordinary congress of USI (Parma 9 to 10 April 2016),
established that, at present, the international anarcho-syndicalists has deviated from the
dictates and / or revolutionary syndicalists as well as defined by the founding congress
of Berlin of 1922,
It considers it necessary and urgent to create a process that will lead to the
reactivation and / or re-establishment of an international anarcho-syndicalist and / or
revolutionary syndicalist, which is the engine of a process of struggle and international
social achievements of workers; immediately suspending the payment of the allowances.
It is estimated to not have to give any discharge.

Finally, it adheres to the proposal made by the CNT-AIT And for a reactivation path. It is
hoped also that the pre-congress conference would convene the reactivation of the IWA
conference this December in Berlin.

From 10 to 18 hours at the Showroom Cinema (Showroom Workstation) - 15 Paternoster Row,
Sheffield, South Yorkshire S1 2BX. ---- The present action ---- The Fair of Anarchist Book
Sheffield is a free event organized by activists and local volunteers. Every year the book
fair brings sellers of radical books, distributors, independent media, and political
groups around the country, and exposes books, pamphlets, zines, craft and film. It
includes speakers, panels and workshops, and is followed by a social evening event. ----
The anarquismo ---- The word 'anarchism' tends to invoke many unfavorable images. The Fair
of Anarchist Book Sheffield aims to banish these myths introducing a rich and active
tradition of libertarian socialism that freedom through a democratic organization and
egalitarian society. The event presents the intellectual, ethical, creative and fun
aspects of anarchist thought and also the anarchist movement today.

Anarchists argue that there is an alternative to the world cuts and crises and a society
driven by profit. This alternative is based on mutual solidarity systems, controlled from
the bottom up directly and democratically. It is not a utopian dream and is built on
actual historical experiments of the people in struggle, the Diggers ( Diggers ) 1649 the
Peasants and Workers Council ( Peasant and Workers Councils ) of Ukraine in 1917, directly
to the self-organized and cooperative industries of Spain and Argentina . Anarchists
continue to evolve in the struggle of workers, homeless people and those oppressed by
gender, color, ability or sexuality espousing the benefits of the organization, direct
action and solidarity against the power of the bosses, politicians and landowners.

At the 20th of April 2016, in the context of the struggle against the labour reforms in
France, a protest was held in Lille. After the demonstration protesters headed to the
offices of CNT-F syndicates, in order to store leaflets and other materials.
The French police arrived shortly after and demanded to enter without showing any relevant
legal documents. The comrades, knowing their rights, refused to let them in and the police
threatened that they would break the glass front of the offices. Eventually, police forces
broke the door and conducted “research”. This resulted in damages and the apprehension and
arrest of two comrades. The district attorney set their trial for Friday, May 25th. ----
The French state’s attempt to terrorize and penalize workers’ struggles and the
anticapitalist movement is nothing new, especially after the restrictions of the rights of
public gatherings that it had imposed after the suicide attacks of the 13th of November.
The invasion in the offices of CNT-F at Lille, combined with the police repression against
the solidarity march for refugees in Paris and the eco demonstration against the climate
summit COP21 at the 29th of November are the results of this very attempt.

Internationalist solidary of our class is now as necessary as ever against persecutions
and the penalizations of its struggles.
Withdrawal of all accusations against the people that were arrested
Solidarity to the comrades of CNT-F and the activists that are prosecuted by the French state
Fight against the penalization of social and class struggles

The environmental crisis represents ‘one of the gravest and most severe existential
threats to our species survival’. International agreements aimed at curbing fossil fuel
emissions have largely been a failure, with the most recent Paris CoP21 conference
labelled ‘a fraud and a fake’ by leading climatologist and activist James Hansen.
Capitalism’s unrelenting assault on the natural environment has pushed us past the point
of continuing any pretence of ‘safe carbon mitigation’. It is becoming more widely
accepted that we now need a global restructuring of the economic mode of production;
capitalism must be dissolved. ---- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ilXbKxYsg4Q

Speakers:

Janet Biehl, a theorist and writer who has written on topics such as Social Ecology and
Libertarian Municipalism, Ecofeminism, and the dynamics and threats posed by ‘Ecofascism’.
Biehl is a supporter of the Kurdish rights movement. The Kurdish Worker’s Party have taken
inspiration from work in which she was involved, notably Murray Bookchin’s theories of
Social Ecology.

Erjan Ayboga is an active member of the Mesopotamian Ecology Movement and was involved in
a campaign to oppose the damming of the Tigris river
"After completing my studies in civil engineering and hydrology, I worked for more than
two years in the municipality of the largest city of Turkish Kurdistan, called Diyarbakir
(in Kurdish: Amed). Between the fall of 2004 and the beginning of 2007, I was heavily
involved in establishing a campaign to oppose the large Ilisu Dam Project on the Tigris
River, which would have grave social, cultural, ecological, and political impacts on many
many people. Since 2007 I worked in this campaign, called the Initiative to Keep Hasankeyf
Alive, as international coordinator also from Germany, but spent two to three months
annually in Kurdistan. The Initiative has as its objective, not only to see the
cancellation of the Ilisu project, but to build up a coalition of dam-critical and
water-issue movements in the Republic of Turkey. At the same time I began a Ph.D. on river
restoration."

This panel was recorded at the 11th Dublin Anarchist bookfair

The time is the general mobilization against the law "Work" but also against the austerity
policies, the case of public services, attacks against unemployment insurance, gifts to
the propertied classes ... Now that we are standing they make us all! ---- High Schools,
facs, youth: Valls tried to defuse the anger with some measures that do not change the
case of the Labour Code that promises El Khomri law. This will encourage employers to
abuse more cheap hours rather than hiring. On arrival: more unemployment and
precariousness, more salarié.es épuisé.es by extending days. ---- In short, the wage in
all its diversity will be affected. And who should show solidarity. ---- How to oppose
this major attack? For a true movement of strikes renewable and blocking the economy.

The Solidaires unions, CGT and FO salarié.es call to discuss the renewal of the movement
in general meetings of staff. There 'is no obstacle to come together and decide together,
company by company, department service, following the move ... even if we may regret the
absence of a clear encouragement, with a legible unitary mobilization date.

Wherever the balance of forces allows, including in connection with local or business
claims, the question must be asked, as the debate on the law in parliament begins May 3

Creative and combative

In areas where the fighting is lower, you can still and very useful program other work
stoppages, even an hour here and a there, and contribute to the general report forces.

Even without a strike, you can still contribute to the overall effort by joining the
action coordinated by trade unions of your local cities. All forms of slowdown of
blocking, to sabotage the production and circulation of goods and services are studying
and are part of the legitimate tools for workers, workers and private job!

A political perspective

While some politicians see themselves already speak for our resistance to the 2017
presidential election, we proclaim with standing Nights, that we no longer want their
phony electoral system and their pseudo-democracy.

Our perspective is far more radical, based on the expropriation of the capitalists, the
self-management companies and municipalities, the massive reduction in working time and a
life free of the demands of profit. A society that we call libertarian communism. C east
of our battles, our strengths and our needs that arise.
