Story of the day: Cabbage Leaf ---- Demonstration outside the police station and report
the interview with DDSP (Departmental Director of Public Safety) JFIlly: ---- Following 4
muscled arrests at the end of the demonstration that day against El-Khomri law, 200 to 300
protesters went to 16H before the Strasbourg police station to demand the release of their
comrades. ---- CRS were entrenched inside the establishment, courtyard and entrance hall.
The demonstrators stormed the square and stuck their banner on the windows of the ground
floor. ---- Spontaneous delegation of 4 members requested a meeting with the Director of
Police. It was received at 4:30 p.m.. During the interview, she reported on the police
violence and provocations raised him since the protests began, the degraded social climate
and asked that 4 arraigned are released.

The Director as previously requested that the court be evacuated in return for which he
would give all the information about the 4 youths arrested. The protesters agreed to place
on the other side of the road.

After several shuttles between the delegation and the Commissioner of Police, 3 arraigned
were released between 18H and 19H, a little later than expected since some had requested
assistance from their own lawyer. The 4th heckled unfavorably known to police or sought
not released until Sunday.

Conclusion:

1 person is summoned before the Criminal Court on June 20 charged with rebellion, assault
to depositories of the public force,

2 people are convened next week to the police for hearing, one prosecuted for tags on the
monument, rebellion, lack of "signaling" (DNA?), The other for rebellion, police equipment
degradation (a talkiewalkie) .

The "work" law is a law made for the bosses and the government is determined to make the
pass. To defend the rights of wage earners against this law, we have to move and scare the
government. For this there is only one solution: the strike and blocking the economy. ----
On 31 March we had over a million in the streets against the "work" law. Today, April 9,
we will be more-its to reject this law tailored for employers. ---- The few changes of
government changed nothing: this law is an attack against the rights of wage earners and
must be tackled head on. ---- Leaflet in PDF for download ---- Prepare the following ----
The next date of national mobilization proposed by the Inter is April 28. This is far ...
We must by then intensify the mobilization by all means: mass mailings of leaflets in
business and industrial areas, railway stations and shopping centers, with banners
deployments on major routes or symbolic places, cruising the streets with sound cars, for
the occupations of squares by operations of dams and locks.

The majority of wage earners reject the law must still restore desire and confidence in
collective action. Them want to continue the strike April 29 and continue this momentum
until May 1 and May 3 opening date for debate on the law "work" in the National Assembly.

Strike until withdrawal

The winning strategy is clear: talk around us to show how this law is dangerous; stimulate
all forms of agitation and disobedience organize the protest on our workplaces and in our
neighborhoods by multiplying the AG to push to fight and to strike; prepare the extension
and generalization of the strike, only way to make the government.

Loyal stooge of business, Holland defend the law work to the end. So we have to increase
the pressure down heavily in the street. But it will not be enough to win, we have to make
the government and the bosses blocking the economy.

There is a weapon for that: the general and indefinite strike.

It does not decide a snap and we must not wait for a call of "union leaders" to get
started. Takes planning from below, in workshops, in services, in companies.

At all levels, in our unions, we must highlight the strike call until the withdrawal of
the law.

It's work but this is the only way to succeed and erase the disastrous defeat of 2010 on
the pension reform. It's time to show again that we can win the fight and the strike.

Change society

Rather than accept the submission to employers, rather than accept the capitalist system
that condemns us to unemployment and impoverishment, we must defend another project of
society based on wealth sharing and the sharing of time job.

Reduction to 32 hours working time is a useful first claim to the mobilization but we can
go much further in a society free from capitalism.

Which direction we go, it's self-management of companies and regions, the social
revolution on communist and libertarian basis.

Anarchist summer camp in 2016

What should it be

Anarchist summer camp in 2016 aims to connect individuals and groups across borders and
strengthen cooperation within the left-wing and anarchist movements. Alternative society
without domination can not just read the books - you need to try it in real life. The camp
can give us the possibility to experience the local government, to open new perspectives
on how to live together and provide ideas for new projects. In addition, the common
engagement of critical theory and practice encourages to questions about their own actions.

We want to create a central interface for various combat everyday forms of racism, sexism
and exploitation and thus a network of actions and cooperation that survives the camp
itself. In order to participate in the camp, do not be in a scene or make sense of some
theories. We are inviting everyone who can identify with the emancipatory and
anti-authoritarian ideas.

Our strength lies in solidarity community.

What place is there and what can be - and course program

A camp-not a "vacation" in the usual sense. "Holidays" includes the division of labor and
leisure. Instead regenerate our workforce, we want to shape our lives without coercion and
complete anarchist theory practice solidarity, both at the hearing in everyday life and in
the discussions, workshops and in getting to know one.

The camp will be held in the premises of the economic team. There are meadows, small
river, fireplace. In addition to sufficient space for tents, we will be able to use spaces
in the house (some remain closed). We will cook together so that everyone could eat
(vegan, allergists, nursing). It is important for us to transfer our demands into
practice. When you manage the daily activities (shopping, cooking, cleaning), jointly and
in cooperation is split between all the parties and participants, each work will spend
only a short time. Live Anarchy also envisages practical action. In order to thank our
hosts for providing premises, together with them to create something that is here to stay
and they will be useful.

Registration and shaping the agenda

For ease of planning it is important to the participants and the participants signed up
for the camp site.

What will be the specific content of the camp depends on what they want to contribute.
Although it will also be room for spontaneous activity, we want to see to it that a large
part of the program was known beforehand.

In case you want to contribute something to the camp program (workshops, lectures or
something else), you can not later than 15. 6. 2016 log on to our website at
https://www.acamp2016.org/?page_id=44 . We are also pleased proposals for workshops
throughout the blocks. You can write us, and if you have any questions. Of the papers
submitted to prepare a preliminary program in July. However, the site will also be able to
organize something spontaneously. We want as much as possible of initiatives and projects,
encourage them to participate in the camp program. Do you want us together from critical
positions discussed a variety of topics. Theory and practice, workshops, games, music,
lectures, discussions, cooking, movies, sports, dance etc.

We look forward to your ideas!

What makes the organizing group

The organizing group ensure the facilities of the camp, taking care of promoting and
providing the necessary infrastructure. But without the people who help build and demolish
the camp, to ensure the organization of the camp and kitchens, cater, who will cook,
clean, who will organize joint custody of children etc., will be on-site to operate
anything. As organizing group we will try to share with you my experience that in the camp
could be a collective non-hierarchical organizational structure. We are not immutable or
private groups - urge everyone who can and wants, whether to join the camp organization.

We have a few points, however, after intensive discussions (in part based on experience
from other camps) decided in advance. We do not want to camp questioned these points.

considerate behavior

Everyone in the minds of wear mechanism of domination. Can we, however, able to create
during the camp, to a certain extent, the free space outside of social normality, where we
experience it, we struggle.

The basic prerequisite for this is that the camp will not suffer discrimination and
mechanisms of oppression of any kind and that we will feel everybody is responsible. That
means to be attentive, alone / and hit and taught such behavior when it happens to others,
even ourselves. Be attentive to each other and respect the boundaries of others! From
experience with the situation reflected and considerate behavior in camp, we can draw
strength and enthusiasm for everyday commitment.

Space for women and transgender people

At the camp the tent, which will be available as a meeting place and free space
exclusively for women and transgender people.

group Awareness

To ensure considerate behavior, and that was definitely intercepted particularly against
exceeding personal limits, will be at the campsite in advance so formed. Awareness Group
(in English awareness - awareness, awareness, preparedness). People from the group will
serve as a contact person in case if someone were molested. However, it is important that
we as a safe space to feel the responsibility of all!

Children

We want parents to have the taste to come with their children. THERE are many options for
where to have fun. We build a children's tent. Ideas and toys with you! Care for their
children should not be a task for parents. We should all try to take into account the
children and their needs.

Drogy a Rock’n’roll

Considerate and responsible management of loud music, drugs and other actions that may
restrict other, is also included in the basic understanding of solidarity.

Psi

We ask you to leave your dog at home. A larger number of dogs on the premises of the camp
are difficult to handle and make it hard for the participation of people with children.

Campers

Inside the camp cars can not park, parking is located nearby. Caravans or trailers, which
are used for housing may in limited quantities park on a small meadow at the farm. To
prevent damage to grasslands, and because of the very limited space, the campers stay for
the duration of the camp, but should not be used for travel purposes; in-store purchases
etc. can organize together in another way.

Other

Many people will come from abroad. We must therefore try to find common ground and to help
translate. We ask that you also did not rule out people closing in on the existing
friendly areas. We hope that the camp attended by both experienced activists and new
people interested in anarchism. Questions and objections can be an opportunity for
learning and acquiring new skills.

When, where, how

A-2016 camp will be held in the north of Lower Austria August 12 to 21. We will be glad if
you find you at the beginning or end of the camp time to help in its construction and
demolition. In mid-July will be published on our web site address its camp, and
information on how to get there. Cars in the camp can not drive off, but close to parking.

For participants There is no fixed fee. The cost of the overall organization and the
purchase of food should cover about 8 € / 200 CZK per person per day. If you can not pay
that much, it's no obstacle. If you pay more out of solidarity, please do so.

Bring your tent, sleeping bag / blanket and utensils especially for food (on the site will
not be any!). Even on warm days can be cold at night - warm clothes and a raincoat will be
entirely desirable. I wheel it is useful, for example, when you want to go to the city.

If you have any questions or needs, with which we can help, please contact us.

We look forward to you and camping!

With love and solidarity

What a pathetic turn out at Downing Street on Saturday for so many on social media sites
who claim to be angered by what this Government are doing and clearly getting away with.
To be honest there were more SWP paper sellers than angry punters at times and to be
perfectly open and honest, the best use of that paper for me is to wipe my arse with it.
---- But let's not stop there, one speaker came out with "The Police are not our enemy, we
should all be friends, hug them, what's happening to us is happening to them also." ----
Oh fuck off you gormless shit-faced wanker. ---- Class War turned their backs on that
speech and speaker in total disgust. Speakers like that so easily forget all those
suspicious deaths in police custody and forget all those acts of police brutality that
have gone on over decades where police have later walked away from court so they can carry
on their violent acts without fear of prosecution. They forget all the fit ups and the
shoot to kill acts they've gotten away with.

How easily they forget what happened to people like Harry Stanley, Jean Charles De Menezes
and so many others who've died at the hands off the police or during contact with the
police and that muppet speaker wants us to hug a copper, piss off I'd rather not thank you
very much.

School kids who'd walked out of school and joined the student protests back in 2010
kettled till after 10.00pm in Whitehall, none would be considered a danger to anyone, yet
police in their light blue peaked caps saying to kids "Well you should of stayed at home
playing your XBox" as if every school kid there was an uneducated idiot who's only
activity outside school is playing computer games.

Police in Stoke Newington a few years back didn't want some Asian Sikh kid filming them
when they started searching his friend on the street, so one grabbed him and stuck him in
a litter bin, yet that speaker on Saturday calling for people to befriend and hug the
police was clearly round the twist if he thinks anyone in their right mind would hug any
police after that.

The families of all those who've died in suspicious circumstances after contact with the
police or whilst in police custody must be furious after hearing a speaker say "We should
now move on" Never, never, never until every family who've lost a loved one to police
aggression gets justice.

Then there are those "Vote Labour, Vote Corbyn" lot, like we all live in bleedin Islington
North together and can vote for him alone. Catch yourselves on ffs. Let me make it
ultimately clear that it is Labour run councils gettin rid of council estates, not just
Tory led ones, so that new overpriced yuppie apartment blocks are built in there place and
so only the wealthy can purchase one.

GENERAL STRIKE, DON'T MAKE ME LAUGH

Whilst people struggling to get by week by week on basic minimum wages if they're lucky
and having to use foodbanks to feed their kids or having the stress and anxiety of
deciding whether or not to put food on the table or pay their latest utility bill, nothing
will ever change until we have the hearts and minds of the UK population.

GENTRIFICATION OF WORKING CLASS COMMUNITIES

Families all over the place being served with eviction notices to make way for the
demolition of their homes and communities in order to make way for new developments for
the very wealthy who'll be buying up these new properties as assets to buy and sell at
will when the price is right, huge profits for them, more homelessness for the rest of
us.....oh fuck it let's hug a copper, its so much easier than getting some rage out onto
the streets.

In the short term, the 2006 movement has strengthened the struggle of student unionism. He
also opened a strong protest sequence in universities, with mobilizations nationwide every
year or every two years, until 2010 - but not beyond. How to build a sustainable balance
of power from such emblematic struggle that unites widely but does not occur every day?
---- The 2006 battle was based on the student unionism of struggle - South Student,
Student Union Federation (ETUF), CNT; it has also accelerated the construction. Present in
twice as many institutions, it has gained adherents and adherent, structuring, in
legitimacy among students. ---- In 2007, the fifth Southeast Student Congress is in line
for increased coordination of activities and places its activists in battle to face the
first reform of the Sarkozy presidency: the Law on freedoms and responsibilities of
universities (LRU). The CPE was only the beginning and we thought invincible. What is left
after ten years?

Strike and union

Universities have again mobilized in 2007 then, and in 2009, against the LRU, and in 2010
as part of interprofessional mobilization against pension reform. This means the effects
of the 2006 struggle from the perspective of the fighting and expertise militants. As many
defeats, however, under offensive right wing governments, against the most difficult
reforms to explain that the establishment of an ostensibly unfair labor contract.

Acquired from the 2006 struggle: the wide dissemination practices then reproduced. But is
it enough to use the same modes of action from one year to another, sometimes to
exhaustion of revenue emptied of their meaning, to win? Is it enough to lead mass
mobilizations and to win decisive battles of self-organization or the intensity of the
forces compared to sustainably involve enough people in our struggle?

Obviously, the tens of thousands of students strikers of the 2000s are not everyone
turned-revolutionary art, nor even militants on their workplace.

The struggle of unions have been locked in a strategy that came to rely on simply building
- essential - strikes to recruit and convince.

In 2011, three quarters of activists of the FSE and South Student y es were entered during
or after a student movement against only half of the UNEF [ 1 ]. It was only in 2014 that
the struggle unionism began a comeback on an organizing campaign rather than a
mobilization project.

And now? In times of reflux of struggles, there is no alternative but to build these
tools, which are not born from nothing (to) organize, convinced of the usefulness of the
collective organization by small victories to sustain organizations where experience is
transmitted strikes.

Julie (AL Saint-Denis)

Floods Calderdale ---- The recent floods in the Calder Valley, affecting Brighouse,
Sowerby Bridge, Mytholmroyd and Hebden Bridge areas, have been devastating. Some 2500
homes were affected either by partial or total flooding and some 1700 businesses were
flooded. The costs of this latest excess of rainfall amounts to something like £15 million
with many homes uninsured or with losses – the material ones, at least – difficult to
calculate. In addition to the human and personal consequences, roads and bridges have been
affected to the tune of £35 million, money that will have to be found to repair Elland
bridge and canal towpaths as well as other aspects of the Valley’s infrastructure. ----
Such a scenario has, of course, happened before. Devastation on a similar scale was caused
in the floods two years ago and on previous occasions. What has caused these floods? The
flippant answer would be ‘a lot of rain’, and of course this is somewhat true. The
quantity of rain on Christmas Day and Boxing Day was well over 200% its usual figure.
Climate change and the unpredictability of storms are contributory factors. But so also
are a lack of preparation – sounding a siren when the waters lap at people’s doorsteps
doesn’t seem to be the most insightful or diligent of measures. In the aftermath, groups
of police officers standing around in Mytholmroyd, hot coffee in hand, protecting
Sainsbury’s and doing little else, is evident of who gets priority treatment in this civil
disaster zone. As for a visit of the Valley’s Conservative M.P., well, enough said.

Despite the fact that the community response was overwhelming, ranging from those
shovelling up mud, to farmers using tractors to shift detritus, to local mosques lending a
hand and the Sikh community doling out hundreds of chicken biryanis – no sign of those who
wish to divide our communities like the so-called English Defence League or England First
– a fair deal of the responsibility for the rapidity and volume of rain water descending
into the valley comes from careless and negligent landowners on the tops. Heather burning,
digging out channels and the removal of moss in order to get a good shot during the grouse
shooting season have contributed massively to people’s suffering downstream. Those with
hundreds of acres of land care little for those with small houses in the valley.

Once again, those with least have been the most prejudiced by this disaster. Touchy-feely
meetings where we are urged not to get too political and to maintain decorum called by
Calderdale Friends of the Earth and Hebden Bridge business associations are designed
precisely to direct the flow of our collective anger elsewhere and to dampen it down so
the real culprits are once again let off the hook. But action can and is being taken.
Small dams on the tops have been constructed from low-tech resources; moss has been
replaced, thus providing for greater absorption; demands have been made that insurance
companies insure people; community action has done more than the authorities. The time has
come to rescind the old model of ‘landowner consent’ to try to encourage those rich enough
to earn vast tracts of land to change their ways. Far better than calling on politicians
to act on our behalf are the measures that are being put in place for the next time (there
will be one) so that the community can spring into action and help those most directly
affected by the rising tide. In the meantime: the Valley needs funds; a proper emergency
plan needs to be put in place; and the finger needs to be pointed at those responsible for
upland run-off and valley flooding.

A leaflet public, very basic, to reach people who have not yet heard of El Khomri bill.
---- The "work" law is a law made for the bosses and the government is determined to make
the pass. To defend the rights of wage earners against this law, we have to move and scare
the government. For this there is only one solution: the strike and blocking the economy.
---- What the law "work"? ---- With the "work" law, employers can: ---- increase working
time ---- reduce wages ---- impose night work or Sunday ---- pay less overtime ----
dismiss more easily wage earners. ---- Today, the Labour Code provides minimal protections
to all employees and all. ---- Tomorrow, with the law "work", the bosses will blow the
protection of the labor code. ---- In companies where there is no fighting to defend union
wage earners, employers will do a little what they want ...

It is the world dreamed of Valls and Macron: more freedom for the bosses, less security
for wage earners.

Leaflet in PDF for download
How to win?

We must force the government to withdraw the bill. For that, there is one thing that
scares the government: the blocking of the economy.

The government and many others think only elections in 2017. But it is now time to act.

To win you have to succeed in blocking the economy. We can do it because it is we who make
the turn:

Preparation: Discuss with our colleagues, our friends are our family to show how dangerous
this law is for wage earners.
The collective organization: To participate in general meetings in our business or in our
neighborhoods to engage in the action.
Action: Make strike to halt production and services. Push to extend the strike, occupy the
workplace and block the economy.
It is through the struggle and the strike that wins victories. It is through the struggle
and the strike we can win.

We are not obliged to accept es-law of the bosses. It already produces enough wealth,
simply share them.

Zeman presented his other love between an authoritarian police take care of undisturbed
rendez-vous. Download, print, etching the April number of wall newspapers A3! ---- For
President Zeman had little to surprise. After his appointment to the chair of the castle
lord, we have seen several of his love affairs. Once it was the Israeli government
representatives, who are notorious throughout the world adhering to the apartheid regime,
colonization of Palestinian territory and the bombing of civilian targets, "the biggest
prison planet" - in the Gaza Strip. Another, who sings the same song under their own
life-size portrait of shares grandstand is keeping xenophobic blocks against Islam led by
broukarem jug, which proposes to transform your enemies, which is simply anyone who
disagrees in meat and bone meal. A fix this embarrassing Zeman excuses, does not even know
who it was. Like the unfaithful husband in his defense claims he did not know where he
took the woman in bed, whatever his name is.

We can not therefore wonder at the power of the president's outburst to his Chinese
counterpart, who arrived in late March in the Czech Republic, to oversee the expansion of
economic and political influence in his country. Despite hymns Zeman and the media about
the coming 90 billion and more Chinese investment in the Czech Republic giver that instead
of investment is a mere acquisition of companies and shares in them, and therefore revenue
for the CR zero zero nothing. It just means a change in the owner of the company, and the
money takes away the original owner.

If someone criticizes Zeman for his passionate love China because China is one of the last
open-air museum of Communism, then reveals itself as an open-air museum rotting thought.
China is not a country that would be called elite. Denouncing the Western world because of
its redness. Vice versa. It's a country that I admire and which became a model of modern
capitalism. After all, the dream of every capitalist - mode, where profits almost never
limited, and cough on inconveniences such as safety, human rights, labor protection, etc
.; mode, where a total control of the workers and social equality is an anachronism which
can be found on the ICE and party posters; mode, where the free market is redeemed sick
workers. According to sociological surveys in China die each year 600,000 people on
recasting (legal and social norm in this country workaholism). But the Chinese
"communists" a growing number of billionaires who ultimately use for pulling their money
the same tax havens as their elite counterparts from the bourgeois-democratic and
authoritarian countries.

Events around the visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping immediately gave rise to the joke:
"You know how everyone felt during his visit? He is at home and we will be in China.
"However, this may sound as a mere statement, especially when news of the engagement of
repressive forces and professional welcoming.

Not only was the route taken care of decoration Chinese state visit to the Czech and
Chinese flags, plus the Chinese side involved welcoming group whose task was to cheer
Czech-Chinese friendship and waving giant Chinese and Czech flags. About any violators of
this happy event is then called upon to ensure the Police. At the European class a short
time hit against activists who exchanged several Chinese flags as Tibetan. Officers then
as brome socialist youth exchange Tibetan flags back at those red. Besides vulgar
perpetrators arrested and taken and the photographer 's Diary Referendum , whose crime was
that he was beaten welcoming flagpoles Czech and Chinese flags for Tibetan flag he was
carrying.

It showed the influence of the Chinese capital, when the online news Week of belonging in
part to Chinese owners were omitted any mention of human rights demonstrators were
translated and vice versa positive twittering statuses spokesman president. Police
continued flashed when her secret accrued during the half hour in one of the offices
opposite the Hilton Hotel, where employees allowed to put up a Tibetan flag in the window.
Apparently so snipers can not see who is hiding behind a flag, a loyal police employees
logic suggested as an alternative posting Czech and Chinese flags. Police ladders again
proven successful in removing Tibetan flags, which some on the "wrong places" hung from
the windows of their apartments. Perhaps nejmedializovanejší intervention they conducted
secret at FAMU, which also put up a Tibetan flag. Although it was clear from various
sources have confirmed that the seizure of Tibetan, Uighur and Taiwanese flags during
Chinese President's visit to Prague was based on direct instruction leadership Czech
police that she tried to deny it. She stepped up to the submission of records of security
cameras.

Smothering us far beyond Zeman hugging with authoritarians of all kinds. Repressive screws
are tightened on several fronts, such as when police agents like in the fifties based
resistance group that could then require life sentences for those who duped them
regardless, it did nothing. And the oppression caused by increasingly autoritárštejším
capitalism is still the same, whether he worships Zeman with the Chinese flag or drunk
Kalousek with the Tibetan.

on the roof, Véronique Decker, a teacher and school Freinet in Bobigny
(Seine-Saint-Denis), illuminated by touches the life of a school of "suburb". ---- Through
his notes, it is question of pedagogy, labor struggles, teamwork, but especially the
students, families, little things, the great solidarity that make teaching a combat sport
... social. ---- Far from déclinisme "intellectuals" holding forth about the school,
institutional segregation or liberalism and its factory impotence is another school, in
laughter, in shares, in anger, in struggles looming with "chalk of every color on the
blackboard of misfortune ..." on the other side of the Tracks. Awesome! "

Presentation in the presence of the author

AUTHOR: "My name is Véronique Decker. For over thirty years, I am teacher. And for fifteen
years, director of an elementary school in Bobigny Marie-Curie school, city school
Karl-Marx. Apart from its location at the foot of the towers and heart problems, our
school has the advantage of being a school "Freinet" where, in accordance with public
service rules, we practice active learning, based on cooperation. Although experience
sometimes can dictate provisional silences, I am not known for my habit to keep quiet. "

Strangely, the 2006 movement against the CPE is characterized by both a broad unity
against the measure, and a missed appointment between wage earners and educated youth, the
first partially delegating the fight for the second, and enclosing themselves in a
supportive setting that more convergence. Return to this paradox is to question the
practical difficulties and conditions for construction of a general strike, beyond the
incantations of a hand, the other sacrifices, remains our objective. ---- The social
context in spring 2006 allowed to ask substantive questions, intergenerational and
challenging the capitalist system. But in 2006 the labor movement is essentially remained
on the field of solidarity with young people, which led, inevitably, to promote the days
events, rather than the construction of a general strike. This was the very majority
choice of trade union organizations at the national level (except Solidaires and CNT), but
it was hardly challenged by the base union teams. We said in May 2006: "During a movement,
what is decisive is by nature movement. "

Or incantations or renunciations

In this context, the revolutionaries who are not content to challenge the union leaders
take into account the realities of the relative strengths and adapt to allowing to best
express it as it is.

In this context, the withdrawal of the CPE was obtained in a rather unusual configuration:
strikes and radical actions of youth and, mostly, petitions with feet in events involving
a large mass of wage earners, unemployed women and precarious " [ 1 ].

Shouting "General strike! General strike! "Is not in itself a guarantee advent of the
latter. Conversely, eluding the possibility, not to discuss the relevance, refuse to
organize it, are very effective ways for it does not exist. The vast majority of what the
cited article called "union leaders" actually expected that the parenthesis of the
movement closes. The word unitary order involved the abandonment of the CPE: a very modest
extension to the withdrawal of the CNE and the law called for equal opportunities was not
possible.

The social movement established in the country for two months allowed to build a dynamic,
winning on the claims, consolidate the balance of power ... But nothing has been done in
this direction: a kind of passivity vis-à live events, comparable to that experienced
recently in another context, when the government decided the state of emergency and the
suppression of freedoms such as protest.

In 2006 as in 2015, the responsibility of trade union organizations at national level, is
committed, but it does not exempt the activists of their revolutionary syndicalists. Do
not implement a dynamic conception of the class struggle is inevitably favor the status quo!

The unity and its dialectical

In 2006, the labor context is marked from beginning to the end of the movement, with a
doubling new configuration. First, the Inter brings together CGT, CFDT, FO, CFTC, CGC,
FSU, UNSA, Solidaires - the last two having been sidelined since inception. Second, unions
have worked with youth organizations.

A dialectical relationship is created: Trade Union Unity highly appreciated by wage
earners, but to pull to the lowest common denominator to keep; Union support in vis-à-vis
duration of youth organizations, which facilitates the transfer to a movement of
solidarity with them when they should fight an inter fundamentally challenging precarious.

The balance tips each time based on power relations. Hence the need to build and
strengthen control tools, and sustainable capacity, in time, to be an alternative to
institutions, including unions.

When repression radicalized

The government relied on the classic "rejection thugs" easily considered external to the
movement, to divide the unions. In vain. First, because he himself had "radicalized" the
most conservative organizations, taking them completely apart from its decisions without
conventional so-called consultation sessions that sustain the union bureaucracies.

Then because part of the trade union movement has taken the lead by adopting an offensive
position without getting caught up in the only choices to "condemn or not," requiring to
be located as outside! Thus, South-Rail headlined one of his leaflets: "The best way to
end the occupation of railway lines is to repeal the CPE and the CNE."

The stations are a major target of student actions, there was no denying the impact on the
work of railway and railway workers charged-es to ensure safety. But the union reminded
that it was the government that actually decided to keep this railway disorder, by its
refusal to withdraw its illegitimate act.

Ultimate illustration of union solidarity reinforced by the repression after a South-PTT
member was seriously injured at the end of the demonstration in Paris on March 18, all
organizations agreed that the procession would be opening the next (previously impossible
-la) that of Solidarity.

The demonstrations show the strengthening of the movement over time: 500 000 February 7,
March 7 million, a million and a half on the 18th, three million 28.

Demanding the withdrawal of an already passed by Parliament law, this movement was the
bearer of deep discounts in question: a law validated according to the customs of the
republic may be, immediately, calving by popular pressure! Were involved all the debates
around the direct or representative democracy, the bourgeois republic is far from being
the equal of the legitimacy of the autonomous organization of the working class ...

All these debates we can have when there is a strike, through pickets, general meetings,
snacks in the workplace, and are much more restricted since we will only day Action in day
of action.
