Dear friends,
BREAKING: The U.S. state of Georgia is dangerously close to making it legal to deny services to lesbian, gay, bi, and trans (LGBT) people!
The bill, which was just passed by the state's House, still needs to be signed by Governor Nathan Deal to become law. He could do that any minute now – unless we show him the world is watching, and we won't stand for such outrageous discrimination.
It's all under the guise of "religious freedom" – but we know that it's just a cover for hateful rhetoric.

Imagine being denied a room at a hotel late at night after your car broke down. Or being turned down by a taxi driver. Or not being served in a restaurant. Just because of who you are.
That could be the reality for LGBT people in Georgia in the very near future – unless we speak out NOW.
The governor said weeks ago he wouldn't sign legislation that allows discrimination. But there's no guarantee he won't cave into the pressure of his fellow politicians. We need to urge the governor to stand by his words and veto the bill.
Think the U.S. is making huge steps towards equality? Think again. An unprecedented 170 anti-gay bills have introduced this year in more than 32 states.
Stopping Georgia's anti-LGBT bill would send a clear message to other states: we will not tolerate injustice!
Thank you for going All Out,
Matt, Leandro, Mathias, Sarah, Oscar, Enrique, and the rest of the All Out team.
