Riverside Terrace: Dangerous Pool Creates Public Health Risk

A thick layer of algae floats atop of several feet of water in a deep swimming pool in the backyard of a vacant Riverside Terrace house.  The lot goes through to Riverside Place. 

Not only is the swampy water a public health risk as a mosquito farm, it's also a potential death trap for children, as the yard is not fenced
