Hi everyone [sorry for the cross-posting],
From 17th April, we will be organising monthly 'no borders nights' in
London, UK to provide a space for people to share news & ideas about
struggles from inside and at the frontlines of fortress Europe, and
encourage people to get involved.
We are looking for people who are willing to share their experiences and
practical info about solidarity projects at the borders - from lesvos
and idomeni, to belgrade and ventimiglia, and beyond - so that we can
support these initiatives or use them as inspiration for similar
projects.
If you have been involved in any of these things, would like to talk,
and will be in London sometime over the next few months, then please get
in touch. The No Borders Nights will take place on the 3rd Sunday of
every month, but we may be able to be flexible if we have advance
warning. We would particularly like to give space to refugees who have
been active in struggles against the border and are keen to speak. We
favour solidarity projects over purely humanitarian ones. The evening
will be a social event, with the discussion followed by with food &
drink, film or music.
Thanks,
NBN
