Copycat Site : Even More Blatant

I don't go looking for sites that copy my efforts but by chance found a second one. It is copying all my articles, but with differences from the previous one I discovered (seen by clicking here). This time there is no reference to the source. This site has a copyright symbol which I presume means they feel they have ownership of the material. The contact button doesn't work so cannot attempt
