WNU Editor: The AP report is here .... ISIS has sent 400 fighters to attack Europe, officials say (AP). What's my take .... many Europeans have gone to the Middle East to fight for the Islamic State. And while many of them have been killed, many have returned (or will return) back to their home countries. What they will do when they come back is what is making everyone give pause.
