LA River: Stormwatch, Rainfall Totals

Photo: Joan Stevenson, January 31, 2016.  There's still a lot of arundo in the LA River at the historic landmark Fletcher  Bridge.  Photos shot from the southwest corner of Fletcher and Ripple at Moore Street. 

The Army Corps of Engineers is installing temporary flood barriers and removing vegetation from the riverbed from Griffith Park to the Fletcher Bridge.
