The HEV is more evenly spread around Europe. Most markets have more of them than pure electric vehicles (PEV). The obvious difference in range is a clear advantage. Norway is still top if you consider the right hand column. 7.2% share of the market is big. France wins numerically, while Germany again disappoints. 0.7% of its total is small.
