Copycat Website

There is a website that is taking every article I write and publishing it. I cannot see anywhere that I can contact the person doing it and they do refer to this blog with each article. I'm not sure whether it should concern me but when whole articles are uplifted, and the whole blog is a replica of what I do, it seems excessive.
