Better late than never

It's Thursday morning and I'm just sitting at my desk, having worked for a few hours, to try and get this update done and dusted. The migraine, which I now recognise probably actually started on Tuesday, really kicked in yesterday and prevented me doing the update and contrary to normal habit it hasn't cleared over night, despite pill-taking, and I'm still suffering now.  I hope this update is
